False advertising on Uber Eats (gave 6% alcohol instead of 12%). Refused to help with refund or any sort of compensation.
Pathetic.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. Ordered on 06/11 at 7.30pm and a 'man'
named Shank was extremely rude and lied straight to my face. He does not deserve to have a job.
I also called back the next day and the same man answered the phone and said that he doesn't speak English and to call back the next day. Then hung up on me. Then refused to answer any phone calls after that. Uber Eats also tried calling when I complained to them but he wouldn't answer their phone call either. I was given by money back and a voucher from Uber but this place definately deserves to be shut down.
Extremely convenient and reasonably priced. Great location for our suburb and staff are friendly and helpful. Selection is very good and they sell a wide variety of wines, spirits and beers - happy hour 2-3pm weekdays
