Metro Cinemas Boronia

I would definitely return after my first visit last night. The cinema is easy enough to get to, has great parking, tickets are competitively priced and service was friendly and helpful.

Such a friendly, affordable and personable little cinema! Love being a member of our local movie place!

This was our first visit and we enjoyed the experience. The theatre (cinema 1) was fresh and felt modern. The sound system was good. The screen was of a good size and the theatre, being smaller than the large chain cinemas, was a more intinmate experience. Prices were excellent - both for tickets and the candy bar (way better value than the bigger chains). We don't visit the cinema often but we'll return to Metro Cinemas Boronia for our movie viewings.

Absolutely amazing customer service. They put on an open caption movie for my sister, my sister was so happy. They are lovely, caring and want to help out. Will be back!

What's not to love about this local cinema with incredibly good prices! If you love cinema, treat yourself to a membership and you can get tickets for $8 everytime.

Lovely little theatre. Friendly staff. More than happy to support this independent cinema.

Nothing's changed
Clean venue, friendly and helpful staff, great ticket and anacks prices and the best thing it's not roaring loud like some cinemas.

Walking in kind of thought that it would be a really dinky setup because it's small and the tickets are really cheap. Was very surprised when it felt as if I had walked into a Hoyt's or Village. Really professional, really clean, and the theatre themselves were huge with great sound quality. Highly recommend, very underrated.

Although it's not the biggest place and they don't have that big of a selection the cheap pieces make up for it

My husband and myself with a friend enjoyed ourselves yesterday at the theatre seeing Elvis. The cup of tea we all had was great and the pop corn too.

Great local cinema. Affordable ticket and candy bar prices. Even though the cinemas are small the quality is still pretty good.

First visit here as a local First impression was very clean entrance smelt clean looked clean Friendly staff at counter very reasonable ticket prices didnt buy from candy bar so no comment Cinema 4 felt cool was glad to wear a jacket Starngly they kept house lights on until main feature so trailers and adswere washed out and dull The main feature beast looked slightly out of focus and not bright enough blacks looked grey so picture quality id rate as fair/ok sound was excellent seats comfortable (Older style seating distance but comfortable) Toilets has older look but were clean.

Staff are always friendly, sound quality is great, comfortable seats. Ticket prices and snacks are really affordable

Nice little cinema with lovely employees. Not too expensive either, and not busy at all when I went to see Minions.

I've been here a few times. The staff are friendly and the ticket prices are very reasonable. Each theatre i've been into was good quality with a clear picture, relatively comfy seats, and comfortable temperature. In some of the theatres you can occasionally hear noise from adjacent theatres.

Cheap and clean but there's a fair bit of sound from the other cinema rooms that comes through

Went and saw Doctor Strange at the 6.50pm showing. Had the cinema all to ourselves. I've been going here for years and it's an absolute local gem. Prices are incredible, you can get a concession ticket and a medium size combo for a little over $20. Perfect place for family and friends!

Family business who strive to keep prices down so that people can see movies at a reasonable price.

Friendly, helpful staff, clean cinemas, great value family tickets and all snacks are reasonably priced. A much more enjoyable experience than the overpriced Village or Hoyts cinemas.

Not sure why you'd ever go to a Village or Hoyts over this place. £12.50 a pop, picture/audio no different to your big-named cinema chains and very clean and covid-safe. Will definitely be back!
