I think it's the best burger in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne. Exquisite and delicious

Although the store is not very eye-catching
But this is the best burger I’ve ever had in Australia
My husband had the kangaroo burger and he thought it was super delicious.
And the boss pays great attention to small details
The burgers are arranged very neatly

Highly recommended to everyone who comes to Melbourne.
Don’t be deterred just because the store is inconspicuous

Metro burgers kindly invited me out to try out their burgers. Overall, I could not fault anything at metro burgers and was thoroughly impressed with everything! I am sooo keen to try out their other specialty burgers. I haven’t tried emu before so that might be next on my list!

My partner and I had the wagyu chipotle burger, absolutely incredible! That red chipotle sauce on the burger is something that I wish I could buy. Definitely check this place out!

Delicious burgers, juicy and cooked to perfection. My partner’s gourmet veggie burger was yummy too. And such friendly owners. They deserve they’re good rating.

Ordered southern fried chicken burger, sweet potato fries and chocolate thickshake. Don't know why reviews are so high. Burger and fries were only average. Most disappointing was the thickshake, for $12 it tastes like those $5/6 corner shop takeaway milkshake

The ratio between meat and sauce and bun is perfect. Chips are crisp and freshly made.
Excellent burger, well come back with friends.

Metro Burgers served up not only the best burger I have had in Melbourne (or anywhere in Australia), they were the kindest and most friendly people I have encountered in a long time. Our teenager pick burgers to have out for her 16th birthday and we could not have picked a better place. Cheers!

Hands down THE BEST beef burger you can get in Melbourne. It's actually made from Wagyu unlike so many places that tout being a Wagyu steak or burger.
I'm extremely hard to please and rarely give such high marks but the flavour of this burger was absolutely amazing. The sauces and garnishes matched the flavour of the burger perfectly and not having the cheese, cos cheese doesn't belong on a burger, made the beef flavour flood my taste buds.
Not the cheapest and not the most expensive but certainly worth the reasonable amount they go for.

One of the BEST burgers I’ve had in a minute. We got the chipotle wagyu beef burger and the emu burger. They were both delicious. The customer service was great and I would definitely come back here.

…I haven’t been able to come to visit Sutton « Master Burger » for a while and I have to admit I definitely tried everything with my family and friends here.
The verdict is definitely the same absolutely the best Burger in Town. The freshness and quality of the ingredients used at metro are first class and shows just a cooking with love in every dish even if some people believe it is just a cheese burger…
I am surely surprised to see that Sutton kept the prices as reasonable as possible for the value he serve here because of the amount of financial costs and rises in life today. I even got to say the burgers at Metro are a great value for money.
…U go here to enjoy a freshly made Burger that is delicious and no reason to compare…

Reasonable burgers.but seriously $24 for effectively a cheese burger & $12.50 for a milkshake is insanity.

Took my kids there. 3 cheese burgers and two "thick shakes", no change out of $100.

If you really want to try a special burgers but really don’t care about the price, than it’s your place. We tried the emu and kangaroo burgers, the emu meat a bit dry but with the sauce it was good. Honestly the meat taste nothing extraordinary, but man the price. Today it was 34$ and 38$ just for those burger with no fries no drink. It was 16$ before covid and the price don’t stop increase over the months, I don’t get it. Even a salad is minimum 27$. And add 15% of this if you are on week end or public holiday!

They have increased their prices three times in the past year by about 50%. Their cheapest burger is now $20 and for a double patty burger it’s $33. They also have an extra surcharge on weekends and public holidays (20% I believe). That’s bloody expensive for one burger! If you don’t care about price, then come here.

Service wasn’t the greatest but the quality and freshness of the burger makes up for it. Awesome.

Very tasty, juicy burgers. Freshly made and fast. Tiny dining area but they are quick so table turnover isn't too much of a concern. Friendly service and a cool atmosphere

3rd time that I have been there and their closed before their closing time. Not to mention when I went there today and they were closed it was 3hrs before their closing time. So disappointing when you work up an appetite for Metro Burgers.

Great burger place! My partner and I enjoyed some delicious burgers and drinks here.

The service was fantastic and the? Owner would often pop by just for chats and discussion about random topics. I loved the dynamic between the staff here.

Burgers are reasonably priced and very filling meals.
