Metro Baby

I’m not sure how the ratings are so high, I certainly won’t be shopping here again. Both my Mum and I made orders and have had the same issues - the orders arrived extremely late (1-2 months) or not at all.

I’ve had to contact Metro Baby 3 times to ask where my order is, which I ordered in November. The change mat I ordered is also in stock and available at other stockists which makes the situation even more frustrating. I still don’t know when I’m going to receive my order!

My recommendation is to purchase from Baby Bunting or The Memo

Still waiting on my order from the 20th December, have emailed three times now with no response?

Family members ordered items online for my baby shower and wasn't notified that the items weren't in stock. Items weren't mentioned as pre order items and now will miss having them for tje baby shower. If you need items by a certain date then I wouldn't order online. After calling them it's going to be about a month until they get them back in stock

I made an online order three weeks ago and have had no communication since on when/if it’s going to ship. I’ve tried enquiring via emails with no response and the item has since been marked out of stock. At this stage I have no idea if it’s actually going to ship, if I’ll be refunded, or whether I’m eventually going to have to try a card chargeback. From this experience I’d definitely recommend avoiding Metro Baby!

We loved shopping at Metro Baby. They stock a unique variety of brands and items that you won't find in your typical department stores. We bought the MONKEY TEETHER-MINT GREEN MATCHSTICK MONKEY. Perfect Teething toy for my 4mo. It's a great size for her little hands to grip on and silicone bristles to soothe her gums. This was a spontaneous purchase after we spent a good hour browsing the well stocked and presented store. The assistant was also very helpful and friendly. This boutique baby retailer is worth visiting for baby gifts and supplies.

Metro baby is my #1 go to store when looking for something beautiful and practical for the baby. Huuuge variety of products - love it

We purchased our Cybex pram and bassinet from Metro baby. The service was perfect and really felt as though the staff had genuine expert advice to offer.

Hannah at Richmond was incredibly helpful today and I love that I can either go to the store and see products or have them delivered, Already noted quite a few xmas gifts to order down the track. Had a wonderful experience with MetroBaby - we urgently needed some extra comforters for my two-year old daughter Winnie. Despite not having any available online, I emailed the team just in case, who confirmed they had two in stock (phew)! Great selection of carefully curated baby/toddler products and toys. Recently purchased the Mushie snack cup and Janod cocoon walker with blocks and they are daily staples for my son. Both are high quality and durable. Will be making more purchases from this lovely store.
