Give yourself a favor and stay away from this shabby builder, they were building my rear neighbours house and in the process have caused damage to my property. They didn't even confront me about what they have done. I saw the damage they done in my security camera and contacted their main office and the site supervisor, Ilche Tarakovski, but they just told me they will take action but 2 months have passed and haven't heard anything from them. They just give you false promise and ignoring the complaint for the damage they have done. This kind of behavior only shows they only care about money and nothing else.

Dodgy. They delete all bad reviews. Homes built like dog boxes that have endless issues.

We have been provided great customer Service from Cloverton Sales office for our first home buying. The Sales Consultant whose name as Ahamed Al-Araibi explained us every valuable piece of information whilst sharing my knowledge that I gained from my facts finding process over the internet and comparing other builders. I highly recommend this Sales Consultant for any level of customer and we would like to come in to the business again when we ready for our second home.
