Does there exist a recruiter that gets results and is completely genuine at the same time? After working closely with Greg and Method team for some time I know the answer is a firm “yes”

Essentially they end up wasting lot of time. Unprofessionally calls at strange times. They never bother to reply.

Greg & the team at Method are an absolute delight to work with. I have always found other agencies "hit and miss" usually depending on the recruiter but I can honestly say I haven't met anyone at Method who wasn't a consummate professional delivering a thorough process. While great, it is nothing when compared to the fact that they just manage to put forward great candidates every time.

There recruiters and then there are recruiters.

The good ones take the time to talk with you to understand what you are looking for, what makes you tick and then only recommend a role that matches to you.

Lilly took the time to do all this. She kept me updated regularly and all the way in the interview process, which was extremely quick. I didn’t have to wonder what was going on and I didn’t have to call her.

Post accepting the role and being in the new role for a week, Lilly phoned me just to check in to see how things are and ask if I need any support or help in my role.

There are several great recruiters in Melbourne in the UX space and without hesitation I’d put Method Recruitment up there.
