Great service and a lovely product delivered. I bought a Cosmos Flower for a friend's birthday and she loved it. Richard made sure it arrived in time too.

Richard made a large sunflower 1 meter in diameter and I attached to a structure with smaller metal flowers at the base and I absolutely loved the way it has all come together so beautifully. My experience in dealing with Richard and Metal Garden I found him extremely great to share my idea with what I was looking for and he made me this beautiful metal flower! Recently my sister and brother in law lost their much loved German Shepherd. I wanted to get a special piece from Metal Garden to send them instead of flowers, so they'd have something special to keep in their garden forever to honour their dog. Amazing customer service from Richard. After recently discovering Metal Garden, I ordered the Tree of Life Wall art piece as a present.
Without any expectation, Richard sent in a couple of days at no extra charge so I would receive in time.

I purchased the Kelpie for my sister's 70th birthday (after 5 years she is still morning the loss of her beloved dog). She cried with joy when she unwrapped the gift! As luck would have it, it had the same markings as her dog had. She has placed it in the garden and she swears the eyes follow her around no matter where she is in the garden.

Richard and his team were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and every transaction/interaction was dealt with pretty well immediately in a friendly and professional manner.
