Merrywell Burger Bar

If i was going to a convention at Jeff's shed i would eat here after. Was good to get out of the heat and has table service.

Everything was perfect. The only way to make it better is adding an extra beef in to the deluxe burger

Great burgers. I had a Merrywell burger all the ingredients were fresh and tasty. The meat was superb. Highly recommended!

Waiting staff to busy chatting with kitchen staff.
Forgot about our coffee order, when asked and delivered no sugar was served with it.

I recently tried the beef burger here and it was absolutely delicious! The patty was cooked perfectly, with a nice char on the outside and a juicy center. The bun was fresh and the toppings were all flavorful. The beef had great flavor and was cooked just right. The fries were golden and crispy. Overall, I had a great experience and highly recommend this delicious burger to anyone looking for a tasty meal.

Cheeseburger was sensational, restaurant has a great atmosphere, excellent view & food delicious. Also the service was outstanding.

I went on New Year's Eve, it was totally super busy for the staff but they do all things fast. I ordered Merrywell Signature Burger, it's huge and the huge meat was not dried. A special menu for me is Sweet Potato Chips that cannot be found in common here, Aus. I wish it's more crispy but overall fulfilled cause I love this so much and you can try in Thailand as well.

Delicious burgers and quick service. The place had a super chill vibe to it and the food was well priced.

As a vegetarian, I like that you can option a veggie party into any burger too. I had the Merrywell with a veggie patty and my hubby had the Aussie burger. Would recommend.

Stuck up bouncer did not let my friend through, claimed my friend was intoxicated and had a bad attitude but he had nothing to drink that whole day. The sense of superiority with that guy is unreal.

I love that place, i have been there so many times. The food is great and the staff is amazing. Took my parents there when they came to Melbourne - my dad lived their red wine, hubby had a Chardonnay and my mom had a Prosecco

The grilled chicken was good so was the southern fried chicken, the fish burger was a bit Salty so I could eat it at all
The chicken bites were yummy and the chips a delight

I get the Chicken Fillet burger and omg it’s the most juiciest thing ever. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Really nice wagyu sliders, but a bit small (even though there are three of them). Should have gone for the larger angus burger instead. But still tasted great with a nice 4 Pines ale to wash it down! Definitely worth the visit!

Really disappointing for vegan options, went for a work Christmas lunch, only option was hot chips and they were some of the worst I've had unfortunately. Good burger places these days cater really well to vegans.

I ordered the Merrywell burger with added egg, for lunch. This was overall a very good burger but the patty was not what I remembered eating all those many years ago. It was a bit firmer than expected. I was hoping it would melt in my mouth but it didn't. The added egg was perfect though as it had the best crispness I've ever had while still being soft and fluffy on top. What I didn't like was the way the burger was assembled. The patty and sauce was placed on top of the lettuce and from experience this makes the patty slide around a lot more, so it became a bit of a shower burger.
Aside from the burger the service was fast enough but I didn't appreciate being seated in a dark corner behind the bar and also didn't appreciate the QR code ordering system. I really hate this new way to order and every place is doing it. That alone diminishes the customer service experience because no longer are customers dealing with staff, or staff dealing with a person or a customers order. Staff are merely dealing with an order number that popped up on their ticket screen in their kitchen, and customers are left dealing with an ordering system on their phone getting frustrated just to figure how it works. Please bring back the old way. So I'm dropping 2 stars for both those things.

Underwhelming. Service was terrible. Staff standing around chatting while the kitchen is working hard and customers going up to the kitchen window to ask for things like a knife and water.

Great food and great service! You can also order and pay on your phone straight from your table!

Love the food, it's really great. However, the service is terrible many of the workers look like they don't want to be here and our not friendly at all. Workers are very rude towards customers (giving foreign customers dirty looks)

Really good food and service, staff were nice, while it was crowded it wasn't super noisy, only thing was the wait, which i would have been fine with, but a family of 5 came in just before us, ordered a lot of stuff, more than us, and still got their food before us, but besides that it was really good.
