Merryl's Mosaics and Glass Studio

We had our staff Christmas party at Meryl's Mosaics. It was fabulous. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, helpful and supportive of our projects. The options to choose for mosaic were amazing and supplies were plentiful. We all found the session relaxing, enjoyable and quite therapeutic. There was then an area we could use to enjoy our food and drinks. I could not recommend Meryl's Mosaics more highly. You won't be disappointed.

Came for my partners birthday and it’s a neat little studio and the owner is great, she’s super helpful and walks you all the way through, super fun for a celebration or date night

Great idea for a kids party, lovely experience except that my son now has a scratched cornea and it is now 2 weeks later and he still wears sunglasses indoors.
No eye protection provided for 7 year olds that are cutting class and blow drying grout…
Parents if you do go, insist on eye protection to avoid multiple visits to the eye doctor and many missed days of school.
Response from them was basically that it hasn’t happened before and we used to offer protection but ppl weren’t using them.

We had such a great time last night. Olivia was extremely patient and helpful too. There was a big selection of mosaic projects to choose from and an extensive range of glass for the tiles. I am really pleased with my piece, I didn't think I would be any good at it!

Hubby bought me a mosaic kit with opportunity to cut my own glass. Clear instructions and loved doing it for mindfullness. I completed the large lizard. It will be added to my outdoor entertainment area.

This was my second visit to Merryl's Mosaics & Glass Studio. I enjoyed my first visit so much that I brought my sister along this time. She admits that she is not 'arty or crafty', but had fun and was thrilled with the piece she made. The explanation by Merryl regarding glass fusing is comprehensive but easy to understand and the range of coloured glass is vast. Ursula was fabulous and very knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend Merryl's Mosaics for anyone who would like to try a new and different craft project.

Attended my first fused glass coral bowl workshop with the fabulously talented Olivia. A fun and relaxing vibe. Can't wait to pick-up my bowl after its had two rounds in the kiln. Highly recommended this workshop.

Merryl's is a great supplier of workshops, her expertise, knowledge and passion are second to none, would highly recommend.

This is a wonderful creative space to book a children's party, holiday program or even take some time out for yourself to create a beautiful mosaic or fused glass piece. The staff are extremely helpful and are there to guide you or your children. I highly recommend!

We were greeted at the door by Meryl who immediately made us feel comfortable and gave us our instructions as to what we needed to do and where we would sit ect. I came with my 12 year old daughter who loved the experiance so much she wanted to come back the next week to make another piece. The glass cutting is easy enough and didnt take long to get the hang of, and the regular template was perfect for the amount of time we had once we got going.
It was just a very lovely few hours (we had the pm session) where you are able to sit there and create a cute little piece of art, listen to some nice tunes and conversation and just tune out from the busyness of your everyday world. We would definitely come back.
