Such a cool atmosphere in this store weather your grabbing a take away coffee or chatting to the staff about your next occasions cake design. Definitely worth a look in if your in the area

Attended a beginners cake decorating class, and had an absolute ball! Our teacher, Ashlea, was absolutely amazing and so informative and helpful. Would recommend attending one of their classes! And all the staff are so knowledgeable about the products and baking tips!

I love this shop! I’m new to baking and I find Daniel to be very helpful. He is always very busy and yes you may have to wait a little for customer service but this is called patience. The cake mixes are delicious, not expensive and easy to make. I recommend Merryland to all my friends. Keep up the good work guys!

I’ve been coming to Merryday for years and always had such friendly customer service but things have changed. The staff are not cake decorators and the old staff are no longer there. I used to go there for the friendly atmosphere and the service but now you have to wait for ages and they never have what you need. The gentleman behind the counter is rude and arrogant and the experience is now very disappointing.

Very True about the poor CustomerService, very frustrating won't be going back. You need to know what you are going in for and don't expect help

After making my dream personalised 30th Birthday cake, it was only natural I would request Merryday to make my wedding cake. Again, they made my dreams come true and produced the most beautiful wedding cake I could have ever imagined. Exceptional service and beautiful cakes (that also taste as good as they look!) I had so many compliments on both occasions and will most certainly be recommending them to my friends and using them for future occasions.

I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Merryday Cakes for over 6 Years as a very happy customer! Lina makes the best cupcakes in the world! To call them merely “cupcakes” I don’t feel I’m doing her justice because I believe they are delicious works of art! Merryday made my nephew’s 5th Birthday cake, which at his request was a huge Ben 10 masterpiece! The attention to detail in that creation still gets mentioned to this day! Every single staff member has gone above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge whenever I needed assistance! Anything from finding edible glitter to “can I eat the chocolate ganache straight from the tub? ! ”

You can be forgiven for thinking he’s there to assist you in the purchase of your brand new Harley Davidson however within minutes of talking to him you know he’s there to answer ANYTHING and EVERYTHING you need to know in order to create your dream cake! If that’s not enough try one of his coffees, they’re that great he’ll have your loyalty for life! Enough said!
