This is our usual practice. On a good day the Drs are running 15 minutes late. We can live with that as that's "industry standard" as we're told. But obviously on a bad day they won't call you until 30 to 40 minutes. Which is definitely not acceptable by any standards! Drs are pretty consistent but some of my GPs have moved on. Blood collection services is professional. And a life saver to patients. 5 stars to the pathology service.
Great service! I’m that someone who gets really anxious going to the doctor and Dr El-Ballky made it less stressful. He’s very knowledgeable and most of all very empathic. He’s going to be my doctor moving forward.
As a new patient I was very grateful to have been able to see Dr Chandran and that the lovely receptionist was able to get me an appointment on a Saturday. Was happy with the Dr I saw and the receptionist was great to deal with. Will be coming back here again. Thank you:)

Don't come here if you are a veteran as it's apparently too hard for these doctors to go through your medical files. Dr Shanti has failed to complete paperwork for me on multiple occasions despite having a full medical file on hand.
Remember they only like the easy jobs where they don't need to read through files. Useless.
Nice clean doctors, they don’t rush you feels very thorough, lovely receptionists. Great that they were open over public holidays.
DR Ahmed El-Ballky, the best doctor ive found. Friendly, knowledgeable, calming and so understanding. Now my husband and I have found Dr Ahmed we won't go anywhere else.
Nurse Amila is amazing too.
Fantastic receptionist on Thursday getting my daughter in. Clinic was booked out but she put me on a wait list and I got in. Some Clinics don’t offer this.
Dr was very compassionate with my daughter and friendly. Great service. Wait time was under 10mins. They usually have more GP’s on but during holiday period they only had 1 so could understand having no appointments when I initially called.
Very rude service. Receptionist I think her name is Kaylie she was very rude and don't know how to behave with child

She should learn how to be nice with child.
Dr Vimal and Dr TJ are the best here. Highly recommend you book your appointment in advance since they get taken very quickly
Was sent across to this clinic from their sister clinic that I just started going to. Just as friendly as the other. Quick waiting time. Nice staffs. Plenty parking and clean. Would go back to either clinic.
Great local gps and reception staff.
Dr. Pranav Sharma saw us straight away after my son fell on face and had nose bleeding.
Also dr explained in very well detail for the things to monitor next 24 hours. Thank you!
