Mernda Primary School reviews
13Terrible school none of the teachers even care about any incidents that happen out in the yard, also none of the kids care about chinese do some fun languages, loads of bullies, in class you'll only have 2 friends because everyone is mean.
My son had the most amazing 7 years at Mernda Primary. Always felt supported, even through rough patches, and the teachers genuinely cared about the students.
The place is the best me and my siblings enjoy it at Mernda, there are great teachers and the teachers help everyone there so I recommend you send your kids there.
My daughter started in grade 2 last term and she has never been happier before! She loves her teaches and friends. She has been getting recognised for her efforts and it helps her to do better.
We moved to this school 3 years ago and it was the best move we made for our daughter. She has been so happy with the school and loves the teachers. We have definately seen a positive change in her. Totally recommend.
Great school, good teaching. Come join the wierdo's in years 3-6 and cry or something.
7 years of experience here!
I moved my son to Mernda Primary from another school due to bad bullying. He has ASD/ADHD and so I was very reluctant to change him in case the move didn't end up good for him. I have been amazed at how much he has grown and how happy he is coming home and going to school each morning since the move! He loves Mernda Primary and his teacher and aides have been amazing with him! Seeing his smile back on his face and no fear about school just makes me soo proud of him! He is now eager to learn and wants to get back to school from the holidays quicker! Thanks Mernda Primary for bringing my son's love of school back to him!
Stop talking bad its a great school just bullies and ive dealt with it for 7 years your kids are just seneative why cant they just walk away and tell the teacher how hard
This is the worst school i had to move because my sun got beat up by so many bullies because of his disability
The reason I give this school a star out of 5 is because there are too many bullies. It is hard to make friends there because they always start fights and it’s not fun. The technology they use aren’t up to standard and most of the computers they have don’t even work. They don’t maintain the place as much as other schools and that makes everything here dirty and the amount of rubbish that roam the school grounds just surprises me. I would give this a 5 out of 5 if the school was clean, upgraded their technology, and actually teach people how to do things?
The teachers don't even care about the students at all. The subjects are all boring and limited. No cooking class? History? Geography? Seriously? Learning Chinese is definitely the worst. Just get a Chinese teacher instead of using Skype. Most kids don't even need to learn Chinese. Just give them like 3 options; French, Spanish or Japanese then kids would actually enjoy learning another language.
There's tons of racism. I used to go to this school and I was called racist names. The teachers don't care about the bullying, probably just the money.
*DONG DONG DING* The bell rings. *On the P. A. *"I love the sound of my own voice. " Says the principal.
This school is amazing! I love going here the subjects are amazing so are the teachers.but even better THE KIDS HERE everything is awesome
