Entered business today for assistance with new flooring for flat I’m renovating. Politely said hi, the lady shop assistant didn’t even acknowledge me and I almost felt I was hindering her time.
Eventually she came over and I explained I was after some assistance with new flooring- she pointed to the room next door.
I asked her a couple of questions and she rudely said ‘well ur leaving it too late aren’t you? ’. I replied politely I’ve come in for help I can go somewhere else. ‘She said don’t get aggressive with me’, I replied I’m not.
I then said thanks and walked out.
I’m glad I walked out as this business has just lost thousands of dollars of my money/ business- both flooring and bench tops.
Don’t bother going into this place unless you want to be belittled and felt like you’re not welcome!
