Excellent travel agency. Organised my daughters trip to Cambodia and cannot fault their service levels. Both Kirsty and Jodie are very experienced and knowledgeable travel professionals

We just spent over $22000 on a family holiday to the USA. We had no choice but to take our business elsewhere after being told Meridian travel would charge us approximately $200 just for a quote. They informed us this money would be credited to our holiday if we went with them. We intended to get a few quotes as you would spending that sort of money. If they were not the best quote you lose you money. I found this incredibly insulting and would never consider using this travel agency ever again.

Just got back from another amazing trip to New York organised from this amazing group of ladies. You girls always go above and beyond, this time even managing to get me the all exclusive “Hamilton” tickets as well as a seating at Tiffany’s for an afternoon High Tea for my daughter and I. Not able to be competitive on price and didn’t seem to care. My girlfriend was disappointed that the agent insisted the prices were the best available yet flight centre came up with 15% better straight up

We have used Kirsty and the Meridian Travel team a number of times over the years and every trip has been a raging success. We first used Kirsty for our honeymoon in 2003 when she worked for another company and have followed her to Meridian Travel. Kirsty knows our requirements and provides advice, accommodation, tours and experiences that suit us. Everything runs like clockwork which takes the stress out of international travel. We couldn't recommend Kirsty and the team more highly.

Our recent Blue Hawaii Trip organised by Meridian was absolutely wonderful. We had a fantastic time cruising and exploring the four main Hawaiian Islands. Twenty-eight people were on our tour and we had the best time as we wined and dined and connected with our fellow passengers. Thanks Meridian for making this trip so memorable.

Meridian Travel Kirsty and her team are just the best for personal service compared to the high street big franchises shops we looked at.
Some did not even know the towns or islands we planned for a 3 month trip to USA deep South including a paddle steamer trip down the Mississippi and then to many of the Caribbean islands.
Nothing was to much trouble arranging 3 months 5 star hotels and resorts across the USA South and Mississippi and then the Caribbean islands changing locations every Monday.
The pre-travel ticketing and transfer paper work package was so well organized and made it very easy as we went.
Our trip was to dance and experience the local scene at each location which was fantastic in every way.
Any minor hick ups were attended to with 24/7 service which could not be faulted.
We have now booked a 1 week tour to Singapore to pick up a 3 week Cunard Queen Mary 2 cruise with Meridian as we are so happy with the personal get to know our needs service.
Nothing is to much trouble for the team as they got to know us and our individual needs and requirements as they took the time to engage with us.
I commend Kirsty and her team to any one that wants a top personalized package not just a brochure dropped in your lap to pick a holiday

Thanks for organising such a great holiday. The cruise as well as our stay in Honolulu was excellent.we enjoyed all the activities that were included in our trip.

Well where do I start? Have been using a couple of travel agents for 25 years and always had great experiences. Tried Meridian on a recommendation and convenient to home. Service was appalling. Insisted that fare quoted was the absolute best available. Pressured to book on the spot. Credit card details handed over and money thrown away. Online fares were 20% cheaper! Not interested in discussing once they had my money. Buyer beware. Would rate 0 stars if it was an option.
