Excellent workshop led by world class professional sculptor. Comprehensive, patient instruction and assistance with achieving each participant's aims. A wonderful relaxed creative space! A choice of patinas: the finished product blew me away! Happy to provide pictures.

I had the chance to attend a workshop last weekend and it was amazing! It was my first time working with wax and got to tour the place learning about the sculpting prosses.would recommend 100%!

We contacted Meridian to get a sculpture mounted onto a stone base.
The team there were so friendly and helpful with finding the right size stone base, and then terrific in communication with us when it came time to position the sculpture, getting the perfect height for the sculpture to hover above the base.

Very happy with the final result.

A delightful experience of my work being cast in Bronze by Meridian Foundry.
The communications and the inclusion of my input was so respectful of my creative vision. Meridian created a beautifully caste replica of my clay original. I enjoyed my opportunity to oversea the patination process as Peter ‘the master’ implemented my directions to match my hoped for outcome. I felt humbled by his breadth of experience, his professionalism and the magical alchemy that occurred. Stunning outcome. My thanks to the whole team.

The Wax Sculpture Workshop was long awaited over Covid and really informative. Darien was very chilled and knowledgable and made everyones experience quite unique and inclusive. Loved the atmosphere & tour of the workshop and kilns too. It was a great way to learn from the best to understand how to work with this medium and explore what is possible. Darien really helped everyone bring their ideas to life over the two days - Highly recommend.

I recently took a two day wax sculpting course with Meridian Sculpture and can't recommend it enough! Darien gave us a fascinating tour of the foundry, explaining the processes, followed with the workshop of wax sculpting. A rare insight into the inner workings of the foundry, fabulous art and the skilled technicians and artists that produce the work A weekend of excellent tuition, creativity and learning. I had a wonderful experience working with Meridian Sculpture. Harrison was very helpful with my art project and quick to respond to any queries I had along the way. They even filled some air bubbles on my wax cast for free and the result was great. Highly recommend!

Harrison - you are the first point of contact and thank you for being so well organised and friendly. My sister encouraged me to attend this class with her knowing that I did not stand in the artistic line when being created. The website stated that it was for beginners through to experienced and our team leaders Darien and Andrew were fabulous. They love what they do and they shared their skill without taking over and without judgement. The pieces created during this weekend were beautiful, and everyone was relaxed and friendly. My piece was a complete failure but I had fun and I will continue to work on my piece at home. Andrew, thank you for the one on one time that you spent with me and your encouragement.
