I have been seeing Albert for 4 years now for acupuncture. As I am very sensitive to treatments Albert has a very gentle and professional approach every time, I have had great results. I also take Chinese herbs daily which I seem not to be able to do without, due to Covid-19 Albert was unable to get my usual blend and was very reluctant to change my doses due to my sensitivity. My herbs are a blend as Albert and I call them ‘Calm your mind and body’, and some for my very complicated digestive issues. I would highly recommend Albert’s services to anyone, he has a broad range of knowledge and is very understanding.

I have suffered debilitating hay-fever since childhood and tried desensitising vaccinations, anti-histamines, nasal sprays and air humidifiers without any long-term relief. After 3 sessions of acupuncture my symptoms have decreased by 80%. I was extremely sceptical of this working and although not 100% cured, the improvement in my quality of life has been amazing. Albert was very helpful in giving me an indication on why I seemed to have a weak lower back that felt slightly tight & sore over the last couple of years, despite living a healthy lifestyle that would include regular exercise, including specific exercises to strengthen my lower back from physio's (the answer was over-thinking/stress). The acupuncture helped, but I feel it will be a short term fix for my lower back. The herbs I am not sure on, and would need to do more research into them to see what their proposed benefits are.

I have been seeing Albert for over five years as needed. Albert has been fantastic to deal with and has helped me get rid of my arthritis. When I first went to see Albert about my arthritis I could not even stand acupuncture needles in the joints of my fingers because of the inflammation. Albert treated my joints with laser acupuncture and the rest of my body with needle acupuncture. He also gave me herbs. In a short period of time, my arthritis was totally gone. I can't thank Albert enough and I highly recommend him.

I had acupuncture for the first time with Albert to induce labour for my baby that was 1 day away from 42 weeks. After just one session with him at 1pm, the next morning my water broke and the cramping slowly started naturally! I’m now a happy mum to a beautiful daughter.

Fantastic Results and great service
I have just started seeing Dr Tsai for weight loss and have seen a 2kg loss in the first week. I have made no changes to my diet or exercise, the loss is all down to acupuncture and herbs.
I have also seen a dramatic change in my cravings and appetite.
