Can't even treat a 13 month old and just want to prescribe antibiotics. Issue has been happening for months and the doctors don't want to put in the work to find out what it is. Receptionists are also rude

Imagine having to wait 11 days to receive a result after an ultra sound then making a phone appointment which was an hour late to be told it isn't in but to call back once WE know its ready and they will tell us the results. Called to do exactly that and the receptionist didn't listen to what we were told and kept saying to make and appointment, eventually she listened and said she will tell the doctor and never heard a phone call back. Honestly who's liable if this is bad news? This clinic is an absolute joke.

Update my partner got his results, however the doctor didn't seemed to stress about the diagnosis so we got a second opinion, and turns out it's alot worse than what the doctor said it was. I'll be reporting this clinic don't go here.

Dr Fowmia Fahmi is our families regular GP and she is amazing! Very thorough, welcoming and overall an amazing doctor who takes a holistic approach to every patient. We love Dr Fahmi and the Mercy health

Dr. Amna Kamran is my Favourite! I saw many people including chiros for my neck pain which lasted for a month or so and nobody could diagnose or treat it but the pain vanished away in just few days after i took the medication she prescribed. Highly recommend everyone seeing her as she is the best!

Fantastic. My children love Dr Tunji and Dr Kamran. Very clean surgery, and when in need of urgent attention we always get looked after. Highly recommend. The staff are all wonderful.

I’ve been going to this clinic for a while now and have seen a few different doctors there and have been very happy with everyone but special mention must be made to Dr Tunji! He first jokingly said to me that he would give me my life back, and it turned out to be true. He has resolved issues for me that other doctors have brushed to the side for the last 10-15 years. I have nothing but appreciation and thanks for that!

All my most loved family have been moved to this clinic, as I've found the doctors to be the most importantly on par with genuine health issues.

Dr Tunji is the first doctor in the area that I find actually listens and will get down to find the cause of a problem! I’ve always had a great experience there with the doctors and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I am a recent patient to this clinic and I am seeing Dr Sujanie who is excellent, very professional and thorough. I previously saw Dr Tennison in Morwell for 3 years before he moved to Melbourne for family reasons. I was sceptical about finding another GP as good but now am happy that I have.

We've been seeing Dr Tunji Onibokun as a family doctor for years.
Ive always found him to be very professional and listens to things thoroughly before making a diagnosis and always has a family welcoming manner. Our kids enjoy seeing him as well as he always makes them laugh.
The staff are always accommodating and will do their best to fit an appointment in an emergency to the best of their abilities.
Highly recommend.

I am a fairly new recent patient to this practice. I've had a good experience registering, also had a pleasant experience in reception and any time I've called. I see one of the female GP's and she is excellent. The waiting room is nice to sit in, it's a big open room with large window overlooking a garden, I was happy to be a new patient here after my GP I had for many years retired. You can also book online through HOTDOC which was simple as super easy to navigate, happy client.

Doctor Amna is the best doctor I have been to in Traralgon. She’s compassionate and understanding, you can easily tell that really cares about treating her patients. So glad to have found Mercy Family Medical!

Been to this clinic a couple of times. Looks like it's the best clinic in the region. It is new, spacious and clean. Staff and doctor are friendly.

I saw Dr.tunji 3 years back and since then he is looking after me and my family and critical plan specialist as i have heart and sleep and weight issues, he provided me appointments on short notice everytime even in the last practice where he used to work. Now in the new practice i am his patient and he will look after me well and main thing he make you feel one of them not a numner.

Most pathetic medical clinic IV ever been to, the staff are rude.don't know how to appoinents, doctor has skipped me in the queue multiple time n left me waiting hours when I was ment to be next, I booked an appointment in medical duress and Anita booked me in knowing full well I was in agony left me waiting for the appointment all day and then when I got there told me I couldn't come in because it was a covid hotspot. THANKS FOR THE PRE WARNING every time I try to book in in met with rude behaviour. This is definately not a clinic of " mercy" at all. It's a shambles in comparison to its previous owner.
