The clinic is so nice and bright, and the reception staff are friendly and try their very best to accommodate everyone as best as they can.

An hour wait time for my appointments, which is particularly unpleasant when your have a child. To be greeted by a not very attentive doctor (who was entering vaccine details of the previous appointments while answering my questions). Felt rushed on all occasions, probably because he was running so behind. But after an hour wait, expected to at least have his attention. We had to have the procedure repeated elsewhere so the whole experience was an expensive, painful, frustrating waste of time.

Mercy family practice is a great new practice in pakenham clean, warm and welcoming receptionist's. With the wonderful DR Peter Louis who is Always ready to listen and understand what you are coming to him with and is prepared to solve it. One of the best doctor's I have ever had period.

Dr. Peter Louis is just amazing, Have just been to Mercy Family Doctors and wow the facilities are great, Dr. Louis and the staff are fantastic. The professionalism and service is second to none. This is why my family have no trouble transferring our medical needs to this clinic.

Great thanks to Dr Peter Louis. He is one of the best Paediatrician that I know. Excellent paediatrician with exceptional insight, caring and very thorough. Fantastic with explaining to adults about children’s needs. I took my daughter to his clinic since she born till now which she is 2 year old and every time I got the best outcome. Beautiful modern clinic but that's not the best thing. The best thing about this clinic is Dr Louis. If you are looking for a doctor that cares about your family as much as you do, then you are in the right place.

Lovely doctor who really cares for his patients and the people around him.

Doctor Peter is the best Doctor we've ever had! He's very polite, attentive and knowledgeable with all things related to health.
He has been especially great with my son (now a toddler) and my pregnancy.
The waiting area has ample space to sit with movies to watch and play areas for kids with toys, puzzles and drawing materials.

Love Dr Louis. We have been seeing him for many years and have followed him to this new practice! The kids love him too!
