I bought a pair of the Madsen canvas sneakers. I wish I could wear them. The edges of the shoe are very stiff and hard and take the skin straight of my ankles. Merchant also took down my review under the specific item pretty cheeky I feel.

Bought some long boots from Doncaster store today. The customer service was fantastic, Natalie was so helpful especially after having no luck anywhere else to get some assistance. Thank you Natalie you really made my day. Look forward to purchasing my next pair of shoes soon.

Popped in to get some new shoes. Have always bought from here as they have a great selection. Rae was particularly helpful and great customer service. Great team and very helpful. Like all shopping, if you are polite and not aggressive then the team can help.

Purchased strappy shoes - not cheap and got to wear only twice before the strap broke away from the shoe.not well made.considering the high price message is caution re quality not as it may seem.

Worst customer service ever. Worst manager and assistant manager. Purchased $240 faulty shoe and they refused to change it or to give a credit. Don’t buy from this place.

I received 2 different sizes of shoes in the box when delivered. I had to drive all the way to Doncaster store on the 26th July 2019 which had the matching pair. When I asked the manager to explain what went wrong, her response was “it happens, it happens a lot” was her response and walked of. I have being shopping online for the past few years and never experienced wrong sizing. As I am a regular customer from Merchants I was very disappointed with the customer service on this day.

Worst manager I’ve come across in all my years shopping. No grasp of customer service not even the ability to resolve customers issues. Too busy socialising is what was evidently clear. Won’t be shopping here. What an embarrassment to the company.

Stylish and easily the best range of shoes in Doncaster. A little on the expensive side for what you get. The sneakers are super comfortable and last well.

Good selection of very stylish shoes at reasonable prices. Not the cheapest shoe shop out there by any stretch but the price matches the product well.

Staff are very helpful/attentive.

Store is a little poky so can get crowded at times.
