I recently visited the Highpoint store and had a less-than-satisfactory experience. I purchased a pair of female heels as a gift, with the assurance that I'd receive a brand new pair. However, when I inspected the shoes, they appeared used and far from what I expected for a new purchase. The right shoe was particularly worn and not suitable for gifting.

I expressed my concerns to a staff member, but unfortunately, they seemed uninterested in addressing the issue. They insisted that none of the shoes in the store were new, which was disappointing given the price I paid.
After some back-and-forth, they reluctantly offered a refund, but not without hesitation. Processing the refund was a hassle, as they initially refused to do it through my phone's card.
While I appreciate the eventual resolution, I left the store feeling dissatisfied with the service and attitude of the staff. It's essential for a business to provide quality and uphold customer service standards.
I hope the store takes this feedback constructively and improves its customer experience.

I had never heard of this store but I particularly like their casual shoes. They are casual but also smart, can be dressed up or down.
The young lady serving me was polite and helpful even though I needed to try on 20 different pairs to find a size and style that I was a happy with.

I wish I can give zero rating for worst quality.
When I moved to area, I started to go to Highpoint store. I can consider myself as VIP customer for the amount of money I spend. My fault that I trusted the ladies services advice. When I complained from bad quality, she advised me that you should of returned to us, so I trusted her advice and purchased a new pair for formal occasion. I literally wear them for one hour. Walked off from the car to the event back to the car. I noticed same bad quality leather again so decided to go as the lady advised me before. I was treated very poorly, and manager called me back repeating same words (wear and tear)!
Not caring about loyal customers, cheap quality for the price I have paid is unexpected and never happened to me for other Brand with the same pice range. Customer misleading!
I blame myself that I give this brand more chances without checking previous reviews about bad quality products.

I wish I could give zero star for this brand.
I brought a pair of shoes for formal wear. At fist the lady have me the wrong pair and I had to come back and change it.
Second, the shoes came off after I have worn just 1 time. This kind of quality for the price I have paid is unexpected and never happened to me for other Brand with the same pice range. The materials are not the same as it advertised, and I have to through it in the bin as I can’t not return it.

Baught multiple shoes from this joint. Terrible quality. They fall apart in a year. You pay big $$ for a pretty shoe with zero piece of mind.

Love love this store. Such a wonderful variety of shoes. Quirky, stylish from flats to heels to casuals. It's my one stop shoe shop. Quality is amazing. Love that they are right up on trend with overseas styling. I'm getting quite the collection. Highly recommend a visit to this store, staff are friendly and very accommodating.
