They really don’t even deserve 1 star. Please move your Super to someone else. We are now 8 months into a Death Benefit claim. Absolutely no help on phone, escalations have no effect. No call backs from Case Manager, Complaints Department don’t speak to you but close the complaint. Please don’t let your loved ones have to go through this

Previous my bt super now in Mercer super, I did few emails to sent me my latest super documents by mail no one’s response to my request, act like real crooks, can’t trust this people loosing people’s super too, going informed to ato about this company very soon, and change plan to proper super providers, useless super ever in the country

I wish 0 Stars could be given.
The lack of service and the disrespect this super company has shown is disgusting.
Escalation is the only answer they give.
Suggested that I go into debt to provide a utility bill, rather than expect a valid payment card with letter.
I've never meet a financial advisor to suggest getting into debt till I spoke with Mercer.

Transferred from another fund to Mercer… over a month ago, the transfer of funds has gone into a wrong account I have no access to and it not linked in anyway shape or form to the account I requested it to go into!

A number of calls, emails have happened from my end, and only advised that it’s been escalated! This is now the 4th or 5th escalation. And guess what! Still no idea as where my superannuation is within the Mercer system.

As of today, still waiting for someone in the “Escalation Team” to get back to me…

Absolutely a total disaster that should never have happened.

Due to our employer's arrangement, have to use mercer as a super provider, horrible services, slow responsive speed, takes you 7 days for every question.definitely will move to another provider!

Trying to rollover my super to another fund and Mercer are taking their sweet time. 3 calls to their customer team and all they say is "we are escalating it" and then nothing happens, so I have to call again. It's not good enough. GIVE ME MY SUPER!

One star because I couldn't post a lower one.
Dealing with an deceased estate so every call is harrowing.
5 months to get a mercer member number transferred from BT. None received as yet.
40 days for a question to be answered - no actual answer
16 days to get a return call when not losing my place in the queue, spoke for 70 seconds and then got cut off, no attempt by them to call back.
Useless, incompetent company.

DO NOT MOVE YOUR SUPER HERE!
Awful app, requires you to set it up from scratch every time you log in. Full of bugs. You'll be on hold for hours if we ever want to call and speak with someone (spend all morning on hold recently). You cant clearly see a transaction history for your account and what has come and gone in. Its a nightmare trying to keep track of your account balance. Steer well clear of this company. Currently moving mine out to AustralianSuper.

HORRIBLE THAT I CAN'T SIMPLY ASK WHAT MY MEMBER IS BECAUSE OF BEING ON HOLD FOREVER AND A LIFETIME - the Welcome letter FAILED to tell me that very crucial detail so I can update my employer - I'M GOING TO SIGN MY SUPER UP ELSEWHERE.

What a backwards company. Everyone takes DocuSign signatures post COVID given the security of it and these guys still don't. Called to get information and 97th in the queue first thing in the morning and on hold for over 80 minutes. To not work with advisers and make life easier for both us and the client is a quick way to ensure outflow of funds fast. Do better Mercer.

Mercer make it impossible for customer to update their name & when i tried to call them at 6pm on a Wednesday, the automated machine was telling me there are 75 people in front of me on the line. They make Qantas look world class. Shocking and avoid at all cost!

Shocking customer service, waited over an hour to talk to someone about my large super account and gave up. Will be taking it elsewhere.awful
