81I recently had my car serviced at MB Mornington. Shaun and the team were fantastic. It was a big service but the team were efficient and kept me up to date with how things were going. I sat in the lounge and worked and it was comfortable and the coffee was delicious. There were some expensive service items that my car requires in the coming months. At no stage did I feel pressured - Shaun clearly itemised what my car needs and provided a detailed quote get these items done. Overall a fabulous experience.
I had an amazing experience at Mercedes Benz Mornington. Customer service was exceptional, Brent, Jared and Phil from finance both made my car buying experience enjoyable. Through the process Brent and his team were very patient in addressing all the questions I had.
The level of service exceeded my expectations, to provide a car for me to use as i didn't have any car to use.
I highly highly recommend Mercedes Benz Mornington team.

I went in to look at a particular car I was interested in last Saturday and bumped into Brent and Jared Lechte two brothers selling preowned cars
A short time later we agreed on a price and the car was mine.
These guys are two of the nicest used car salesmen you will ever meet, they are honest and will do what it takes to do a deal
and once the deal was done they kept in touch to ensure that the delivery process went smoothly.
On delivery you couldn't ask for more, free gifts and a very personal hand over.
Well done guys, I'll stay in touch,
And I will be back for my next car.

I have just purchased my first used Mercedes from Brent and Jared at Mornington Mercedes I cannot believe the exceptional service I have received. Aftercare has been totally amazing. Took the car back for a few cosmetic touch ups. Not only did they do them, when they didn’t actually have to, they provided me with a near new courtesy car and when I collected my car they’d had my car detailed and filled with fuel. I’ve owned a lot of cars and this is the best service I have ever received. Highly, highly recommended. By the way my car is amazing. So so happy. Thanks Brent and Jared.

I’m from Sydney NSW, we had the pleasure of dealing with Brent from this dealership. He was very helpful, truthful and professional in his approach.

After your service team further bastardizing my unit, you bill me for delivering? Nothing, Oh a bill from Autofidelity of $1400 to restore it back to where it was prior to your team working on it.
And your Sales Manager, whom promised to resolve this matter and see it through, ghosts me for 3 plus weeks when the car came back from Autofidelity, hence the review being renewed.
I get a call from your Sales Manager crying about the fact that the review had been reinstated, furthermore he complained that all he tried to do was help me? HOW SO I asked?
You have not seen this issue through,
