Recently visited the clinic for the first time. I booked in for a relaxation massage with Lauren (in the cloud room). It was just what I needed after a year of lockdown. When I left I felt like I was walking on a cloud. Will book again!

Started seeing Casey for cosmetic acupuncture this year for Acne scarring and skin treatment for acne due to PCOS and am soo incredibly impressed with the results and with how relaxing the treatment is and her endless advice on how to manage self care and wellbeing:) had a cupping session too which was soo beneficial for stress and muscles and looking forward to getting a massage here too shortly!

I started receiving Traditional Chinese Acupuncture from Casey 5+ years ago as a form natural therapy for Anxiety and stress management. At the time our sessions were crucial for me to assist in learning to manage my day to day symptoms and get my mental health on track - as well as consuming delicious teas and interesting Chinese tonics. Her practising environment is always light, nurturing and a safe space to provide all your symptoms and worries. She has educated me about my own body which sounds bizarre. How to listen and feel when my body is revealing signs and how any symptoms all be related back to my daily living (ie environmental stress or lacking in nourishment).
Casey's skill in human connection is exceptional. Her passion in practising TCM is clear when she discusses therapies, your energy flow and how your body whole body connects - physical, mind and emotions.

I recently reconnected with Casey when my partner and starting considering getting pregnant. Casey came up with a treatment plan including diet to provide me with the best possible chance in falling pregnant and creating a healthy environment within for Bub to grow.
I've been very lucky to fall pregnant reasonably quick but there is no doubt within my mind, without Casey's treatments/therapy sessions:) I would not be 21 weeks pregnant right now.
