Had a horrible experience for my wedding, would definitely not be going back.
The sales assistant was rude and unapproachable. Paid for 5 suits and for one of the groomsmen to go after to pick up a suit already paid for. The sale assistant made him go in 3 seperate times saying there was nothing for him (even though it was already paid for). He even suggested that this 1 groomsman was too big and they needed to order his size in, then when it arrived it was the wrong size and continued to insist that the size was “fine” and he should just take it.
After all this, on the wedding day the grooms pants split in the inner thigh before the reception.

I’ve been going to Phil, Con and the team at Menzclub Highpoint for years, and every time they have gone above and beyond. Quality of products, service, and overall experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The team always make a genuine effort to get to know their customer, and have given 110% in all of my interactions with them. I would highly recommend the Menzclub Highpoint for all suiting and menswear needs - I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Extremely friendly staff who made my husband’s experience such a positive one. Never been to this store before. Quality clothing that is very trendy. We will definitely be back! I believe that Con deserves a big pay rise.

I am so regretted that I went in this shop. Been charged for a pair of jeans for $240 which later I found the same pair at Kazz Denim for. $59 dollars. Same brand same styles and materials.
Got so angry decided so many times should I go back there to exchanged for something else (they don’t do refund) … at the end I decided to keep it because I don’t want to be ripped of again. They have junks there.
Trust me, I do have photos for the jeans, so now I do have 2 pair of the same jeans believe it or not.
Not to mention, he gave me the shirts for $220 which was rubbish.
Do not go there, they are really good talkers. I feel so dumb.just beware I really don’t want anyone would feel the same as I did.

A gem of a menswear store! Menzclub Highpoint rivals the Chapel st strip of men's wear. All garments, footwear and accessories are the finest in quality, style and competitive in pricing. I've been going to Menzclub Highpoint for several years for the quality of service by John and Phil, both treat their customers with passion and respect. Their eye for detail is superb, their knowledge of style is ever present. I recommend this men's clothing store to all men who want to be dressed with class.

Phil and Con did an amazing job with my new suit. Great quality suits and impeccable service and advice. Would highly recommend getting your next suit or sports jacket here!

EDIT: The poor customer reviews are more a reflection of their own ego, not allowing the experts to do their thing.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Arrogant and dismissive. Came into the store today asking if they had any gloves. Instead of giving a simple, "No, sorry", the man at the desk gave a mocking reply and said:

"Gloves? ! Mate, we're nearing the end of winter! Get some ventilation instead! "

He then walked away without giving a clear answer, leaving me dumbstruck. Only when he saw that I was still standing there did he turn around and say, "Nah, we have none. "

The customer service speaks for itself. Utterly terrible.

I dropped a shirt by mistake, then the sales assistant got angry, very rude and bad service

Such a pleasant experience the first time I shopped here for my husband and dad and I will certainly be back! The team provided excellent service, we're very helpful with their suggestions and dedicated a lot of time and attention that you don't always get in retail. They also have a very wide variety of different colour and styles for men's suits and accessories, will be shopping here again.

Cannot recommend Phil highly enough. I brought my son who has multiple disabilities in to get a suit for my daughters wedding, and Phil made an experience that I was not looking forward to -my son does not like strangers- into a brilliant experience with Phil going above and beyond for myself and my son.
Thankyou again, we will be back with friends and family.

At the beginning they were soo friendly and I’ve bought beautiful suit from them but when I want to change my suit T-shirt after a week and I show them the receipt the person of there didn’t give me the T-shirt I want also his treating was soo bad towered me so my advice do not go to that place u can find much better

Impeccable service. Phil knows his stuff. Walked in as a return customer and within minutes fitted with an awesome new suit. Definitely my go to guy whenever I will need another one. Even had a celebratory whisky. Cheers Phil.

Phillip and the Menzclub team are fantastic. Due to health issues I wasn’t able to make it to the local shop for a delivery that I needed at a certain time and they went out of their way to help me get the tie I needed and have it in time as a gift for my partner. It meant a lot to be able to get just the gift I needed.:) Thank you very much for helping me!

The quality of their items are fantastic. I bought a black tie and it’s silk made in Italy. Much nicer than anywhere else I researched and surely will last a long time.

I've been going to Menzclub for nearly 10 years. Nothing but the best service and excellent quality in men's clothing. I don't even bother shopping elsewhere even if the prices are cheaper because you know the quality you get with Menzclub (plus top service). Very, very helpful staff. They're all good there however I've known Phil for years - absolute top bloke. Knows his stuff and how to look after all his customers. Everything is well fitted and they last for ages. Had previously tried other brands which were okay.but they don't last.
Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for top quality and top service. I went as a teenager 10+ years ago and never looked back.
I probably should have posted this a few years ago but better late than never!

I have been a long time customer and on every occasion the service and garment knowledge has been exceptional. All their items are next to none in quality and style. I highly recommend first time shoppers who will not be disappointed.

Can not speak highly enough of the staff here, Matt and Phil took care of me and treated me with the utmost respect, as someone who hates suit shopping these guys made me feel at ease recommended an amazing suit took my fittings and I walked out a happy man who will now always come here for all of my dress and fashion advice, thanks guys!
