Was assisted by a gentleman named Joe with purchasing shoes and a square pocket. Very happy with the service and professionalism by Joe, highly recommend!

Very helpful staff and quality product, I was able to walk out with the suit I needed on the same day, which required minimal alterations.

Joe and the boys are the guys to see if you want to have the best one on one service, catering for your budget and style needs. Have been a customer for over 15 years back when they were located at forest hill.

What an experience! Outfitted with a whole, new atire, with shoes. 20 min tops! The two gentlemen there didnt even have to ask for my sizes. Left the store feeling good and looking sharp! Should i ever need another suit, i know adsactly where im going! Thank you again!

Amazing service! Joe was a gun and went above and beyond to help us out and we ended walking away with a great deal. Great range of suits, service was second to none. Would recommend hands down.

DO NOT use these guys for your wedding suits. They stuffed up the suits for 2 of my mates' weddings. One they gave the groomsmen the wrong suits so they had to have them re-altered at the last minute. The other they didn't prepare a belt, shirt, shoes or tie for the best man even though they had ticked it as taken. This led to a last minute rush on the wedding day, thankfully they had my sizes in stock still!

They use an outdated system where he writes all the orders in a diary rather than using a computer system. This obviously leads to confusion for the staff & in turn they stuff things up. Hopefully this changes before they actually do ruin someone's big day. 2 stars is generous, their styles, range & quality are the only things that saved them from 1 star.

As a B2B client of Menzclub Eastland it is indeed refreshing to deal with a business that values its’ employees so highly. Joe and Elle go above and beyond the call of duty in providing a Fair and Safe working environment for their staff. They are an employer of choice in the retail sector and a delight to do business with.

Good enough suits and great service during the actual purchase of the suit however, after spending the money and on collection today was basically rushed out of the door despite them having no customers at the time. Didn't even bother to pin the pants for me to proper length for alteration. Seemed surprised that I wanted to try on the suit again on collection and that I wanted to know the name and directions to their nominated tailor! After sales service leaves much to be desired.

Guys you must go visit the boys here. They have all the gear to make you look shmick! They are extremely helpful as well. Will keep going back! Well done Joe and Stevie!

I shopped at the Eastland store yesterday and was helped by Joe. Joe you have amazing customer service skills and a great understanding of what someone requires. Bought my wedding suit and suits for my groomsmen from here a few months ago. The suits were top quality and the boys at Menzclub were great to deal with and made the process easy and stress free! Each of my groomsmen also loved the suits and the customer service received from the boys at menzclub. Would definitely come back next time I need a suit and would recommend this place for bridal parties.

From forest hill in 1996 when I first walked in to a menzclub to Ringwood today.
If they didn’t have it they always got it for me.
