Just wanted to say how impress I was with the professional manner Mentone Premix dealt with a small problem yesterday. My order was mis heard on the phone and we were short a small balance as a result. I received a call immediately apologising after they checked and played back the phone order. The balance arrived really quickly. Great customer service.

Mentone mixes are the best I have seen. My driveway was done with LBMix and it's now the unintended feature of the house. The guys at the store are quite friendly, knowledgeable and provided very good advice!

We used their MPM extreme floors team. Floors come up great, few cracks but you get that. Delays cost us time unfortunately. Need to keep on them about schedule.

The team were really well organised in arranging options for our driveway - large choice, helpful staff and good display onsite to choose from.

I visited their Mentone showroom few months ago, the person in the showroom was very helpful in selecting the color and advise for our new home driveway. I asked if they have any recommended trade person to do the job. He gave me 5 contact people and a brochure. I rang everyone few times to give me the quote but unfortunately no one but one turned up.
My suggestion is they should change their recommended list.

If you want high quality, decorative concrete, these are the people to who can deliver. They have a wide variety of colours/mixes on display in their foyer and can produce virtually any custom mix if you don't find something you like. Staff are helpful, very knowledgeable and efficient.
