What a circus. I’ve asked for my script and he said to me No I’m not going to give it to you. What a Clown. He’s better off in a circus as a Clown. Now what if I really need my medication. All I can say his A clown or a joker. Very UNASTRALIAN.

Dr Bharathan Kanagaiyan is a wonderful family doctor. He is professional, kind and caring. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The reception staff are helpful. Highly recommended.

Dr Bharathan is an amazing doctor, he is very patient and an active listener. The staff are very helpful especially the reception team, welcoming and warming.

So many things I could say, first: I had to pay! $30 to have my medical records moved from this clinic to another, 2 weeks later they never even sent the full records! My new GP even said how disgusting patient care that is! The fact I have a mental health care plan and there were absolutely no mention of this in my files that were sent is disgusting!

On the other hand, I had an appointment for my young child to see a doctor. Yes I was running late. Arrived still during their office hours and yet by the time I arrived the doctor had left. Imagine having no care about your patients to leave before even seeing them, A 4yo child that is actually sick!

Absolutely disgraceful practice. Moved for a reason and tonight just made me realise this even more.

Literally disgusting. The doctor working there accused me of having an eating disorder just because I am on the slim side.
My appointment wasn’t even regarding that issue?

When I raised a mental health issue with one of the doctors, his response was and I quote, "life isn't hard" and then dismissed my concerns.so now I only come here if I know i need an antibiotics script, because that's what they seem to be best at.

I genuinely hope the manager takes all the negative reviews seriously instead of getting defensive, surely you want to improve your practice and give the best help you can?

It took them a week to do my Covid test, they basically ruined my holiday season, if you value your time, avoid them at any cost

One of our employees sustained an injury at work. I took him to two other medical clinics before Mentone Medical Clinic and was turned away at both clinics. However, the staff here were refreshingly supportive and readily attended to the injured person. Although this was my first visit to this clinic, I was very impressed with their professionalism and would like to thank you on behalf of my injured colleague for treating him. I would seriously suggest that the medical practitioners at the McDonalds Street Medical Centre and the Mordialloc Medical Centre take a leaf out of the Mentone Medical Centre ethical practice model. We need more compassionate dedicated doctors with a genuine interest in people's health. Well done, Mentone Medical Clinic!

Reception ladies seemed nice. Easy to get an appointment. Unfortunately the doctor (who I see someone else has also complained about on here) wasn't very helpful at all. Went in because I've been feeling very lethargic, dizzy spells, hard to get out of bed for the last 3 weeks. Thought it was my iron levels as I've had issues in the past but blood test said iron levels were fine.
Me: Oh that's interesting, I wonder why I'm feeling so tired and dizzy then.
Doctor: *literally shrugs*
I also explained to her I have a very specific type of eating disorder and that I'm working on my diet but it's slow progress due to eating disorder and she then mentioned several times my diet isn't good enough. Also told me to do exercise and lose weight. Without asking me any details. I DO exercise (though it's very hard when your symptoms are lethargy and dizziness?) and have lost 10kg in the last few months. No tact to any of this. She was also aware of the mental health medications I'm on that CAUSE weight gain and make it extremely difficult to lose weight. I honestly left feeling like I'd been kicked when I'm already down and very judged. And still lethargic with no answer.
Makes me very wary if this the standard of doctors so not even too sure I'd try another one there honestly. I will now go back to my old clinic despite living around the corner from Thrift Park and my old one being a 40 minute drive.

Been seeing Dr Thamil for a while.no nonsense and happy to discuss or explain. Reception is excellent. Happy patient.

Reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. Always able to get an appointment. Dr Arcon is fantastic.

Jenny in reception is lovely, whether on the phone or in person she is always kind and welcoming. Jason is one of the best doctors I’ve seen, a doctor who cares and goes out of his way is rare so thank you both very much for the great service you provide.

Very friendly and caring staff. Not very often do you find doctor's that are attentive at bulk billing medical clinics, but every time I have been here the doctor's are always happy to help. I got all my travel vacs handled here and the doctor was very informative and answered all my questions.

Extremely helpful today with quite an urgent matter. Special mention to the receptionist that was very helpful with getting me to see the right people. Thank you.

Rubbish over a hour and a half wait, was told I was next multiple times walked out completely unprofessional.

Showed up at 6.40pm for a 6.50pm appointment was told I was next in line and doctor is running on time. 7.15pm still waiting and 2 people that arrived after my appointment time were see first. Very unprofessional!

I can always get an appointment if I need one.
The doctors here care for me, my brother and my mother.
I love that these doctors come from all around and have often, in addition to being GPs, experience in specialist areas.
It is hard to find a doctor's clinic that respects my religion and here they not only respect that I have a religion but admire that I follow it always checking in on how I've been going.
There are female and male doctors here.
There are doctors from a wide range of backgrounds here and their English is clear and articulate.
I get the feeling that all doctors here are very ethical and this gives me comfort in this place.
I don't know that the dietician has helped my mother that much but I know this is the first clinic to look at the body holistically and not just the one thing.
I can safely say that one of the doctors here sent me to hospital at a crucial time. I had NO idea I was that sick. These are brilliant doctors.

Receptionists need a volume switch. Not only did they shout my full name, date of birth and address out to a waiting room full of patients, they also discussed my medical history loudly including asking me irrelevant embarrassing questions regarding my personal medical conditions. Total breach of privacy and confidentiality. I walked out of there completely mortified.

Twice now I have been wrongly diagnosed by these so called “doctors”. The first time she only listened to what I said had happened and didn’t even look at what I was describing, she just took my work for it. I gave her the benefit of the doubt so went back again only recently and saw a different doctor and the same thing! I even tried to show them pictures I had and she said she didn’t need to see them. Both times they prescribed me with things that did nothing so I later went to my mums doctor who told me what it was and gave me proper medication that cleared it up straight away. If you want to see properly qualified doctors that know what they’re doing, don’t come here!

Dr Swaroopini is a very knowlegable and thorough GP who listens and spends a lot of time with her patients. She has a very relaxed and communicative manner. I have not come across such a committed doctor in either London or Australia. A credit to her profession She looks at the whole picture not just the individual ailment the patient presents with.
