A community facility that the community can't use. The artists monopolized the new space next to the playground then come out and shush the kids for playing too loudly. Kingston City Council, you are a joke (a bad joke).

Parking is becoming very difficult, when attending Art class's at the Center. Train commuters, maybe parking around the community center!
A beautiful, very quiet and well appointed building for the community to run programs, right in the middle of parklands.
