The lovely staff went above and beyond for us when we had an emergency situation with my sons leavers dinner shirt. They personally contacted me and sent photos of what they had available. We received our order the very next day, even though we live in another state. We can not recommend them highly enough.

Best in the league for customer service and knowledge of products. Had a wedding fitment and they brought my idea's to life and tweaked the styling slightly which made it nicer.

My partner and I went into this shop and purchased 2 of the same shirts 6 weeks ago. At the time, the shop attendant could only get their hands on one of the shirts which we had to come back for a couple days later. When we picked up this shirt, there was an agreement made that rather than making us come back to pick up the second, we would pay for it and it would get sent out in the mail.
5 weeks later, still no second shirt. My partner calls the store over the weekend because we’d almost forgotten about it that’s how long ago it was and the store person said they’d call back… that was 6 days ago and still no call back and we still have no clue about what’s happening with this shirt we’ve already paid for.
