Terrible experience. Booked for a 1 hour massage, 1 hour facial and eyebrow shaping. Was completed in 1 hour and 50 mins which does not equate to what it should be. Massage was terrible, requested therapist to focus on upper back which she did not follow through with. Had awful massage technique and has resulted in bruising along my right and left side. When going to pay I had to highlight the treatments had finished well under the time they should have taken. I was advised that my eyebrows were done “really quickly” which is why I finished early. I again had to highlight that even if that was the case, the massage and facial were an hour each which does not add up to the time completed. The therapist then looked perplexed and said “ No one has ever said that before “. And the eyebrows being done “really quickly” is poor in itself as I had to pluck missed hairs at home. They did reduce the fee for the facial by 15 mins which was more reflective of the time actually taken to undertake the treatments. Overall a very poor and unprofessional experience, poorly trained massage therapist. Would not come back or advise anyone to book here if you want good service and outcomes.

My Dad just turned 74, and I was struggling to buy him a gift. What does one get a man who almost has everything. Drum roll. A pamper session at Men's Body Works.

Angie and Fandy made my him feel very special indeed. Thier services are extensive and cater for all needs. Even when the booking system wasn't able to accommodate for what was needed, I simply emailed Angie and she was able to make it work. It was his first visit to MBW, and he was treated like a VIP.

As the joke goes, Dad is now Mullet free.

Thanks team, he will look and feel fabulous for his celebration this weekend.

An amazing oasis for men…. Run by women. The best ambience, and the hospitality and service is comparable to a vip resort. The knowledge, equipment, and staff skill set is superlative. I can’t speak more highly of this place. A cut above the rest.

As a first timer getting waxed, especially what Mens Body Works call the "YY front", I was a tad worried. Over 20 years of experience shows; Angie was a consummate professional, put me at ease and was extremely competent. The whole process (back, stomach, arms and YY front) took less than 40 minutes. Of course it stung a bit, but the sensation didn't last and I left with good verbal care instructions, alcohol wipes and tea-tree lotion for the first couple of days post-wax. Definitely highly recommend, if you're a bloke thinking about getting this done!

I got a spray tan here yesterday. Called up prior to ask if they could do something subtle.was reassured it would be. I even showered 3 hours earlier than suggested ans have woken up today, taken a long shower of scrubbing and still look like an an Oompa loompa with some strange splotches on my back.

Went in after a reccomendation from a mate for my eyebrows and I loved everything about my experiance. Booked in for Friday after work and im glad I did. The service was very relaxing and ended up walking out with a big smile, thanks to Angie!
It's a really good feeling walking into the store, and an even better feeling once you've seen the difference that they can do to you #selfcare. Definately coming back and I highly reccomend you do as well!
