The food is algo good and the place is actually nice.

The gelato is REALLY good and I’ve tried quite a bit of excellent gelato in my time. It’s up there with the best in Melbourne.

My only critique of the place is the music - not just the style but the content. Not something you’d want your kids to hear… the owners might want to put some guidelines in place for staff.

But definitely well worth stopping by for a treat

The best gelato in Melbourne? Possibly. Good options for vegans too. Just one minor criticism: the choice of music that I would rather my kids not hear… (given the swearing).

I wanted to share my recent experience ordering a birthday cake from your store. I placed the order on Sunday, expecting to pick it up the following Saturday. However, it took five days to confirm my order, which was quite frustrating.

I tried calling the Doncaster store at different times throughout the day for these five days, but no one answered my calls. When I finally reached someone, they mentioned that only the manager could access the system to check online orders, and I would have to wait for their call. Unfortunately, no one called me back, despite leaving my details.

During these five days, I spoke to three different people at the store, but the outcome was the same – no follow-up and a lack of politeness, with the explanation that they were too busy.

Although I have enjoyed your products in the past, this experience was disappointing. I cannot recommend your services at this time.

I would give zero stars if I could. I waited in line for 20 minutes when the store was quiet and was still not served. After waiting they then changed their ordering process and served others that came after me, even though I stood by the register ready to pay. I understand that it’s busy but if you can see that someone has been there for 20 minutes giving them the time of day would be nice. I usually love coming here for an ice cream, but this experience alone has honestly ruined it for me. The customer service was not there and they were extremely disrespectful.

Gelato is absolutely top-notch and the cakes are fantastic. Plus, the amount they give is very generous. Staff are also very friendly. Will visit again sometime.

Very good gelato. This is the real deal with the right consistency, not ice cream masquerading as gelato. Not cheap at $29 for a large (litre?) tun but definitely tasty!

Ice cream was nice and my kids love it. However, crepe too expensive and cost me over $50 for 3 crepes.

We ordered Juicy Fruity, and it was amazingly delicious.

We just need to order one day in advance, not like most places that you need to order 3 days in advance for ice-cream cake. They also have quite a lot premade ones for sale.

The taste was terrific, lemon sorbet tasted a little sour to the perfect balance. And it is only $49 for such a good sized cake that is more than enough for 12 people.

Everyone loved it and will definitely come back again.

Yeah, it was only ok. I ordered two tarts takeaway. Lemon meringue- one of the OG flavours when it comes to tarts. Unfortunately this one missed that memo- it misses that lemon zing! The only hint of lemon is in the coating on the dome; that’s just not enough for a something that ie essentially supposed to be lemon and zesty in flavour. Not to say that it is a bad flavour. It’s just not great. The merengue is nice but the case was too thick and kind of hard to eat. The rocher (hazelnut) flavoured one tasted better but it still wasn’t something I would rush back for. It was nice and not overwhelming sickly sweet.

Gelato is definitely worth it. Can’t say the cakes or other desserts are the best value, tiny for what you get, but they are certainly pretty.

Must go to place if you like ice cream.

The Sicily cake is absolutely amazing- nothing can top this! The flavour will blow you away. I served this cake on Christmas Day & every one went for seconds- even the kids who claimed they don’t like pistachio & fig, we’re converted to the point they wanted a second slice. Seriously the best ice cream cake on this planet.

Best dessert bar. Their gelato is simply amazing, so many to choose from. My favourite are pistachio and passion fruit.

Probably the rudest staff in all of Melbourne, paid the girl at the counter and said thank you she turned her back walked away and leaned over the counter to talk to a friend of hers

Truly amazing, it seems that every time I’m in here, they have some fresh flavours to try, and they’re always a hit.
Not only is their range amazing, for the handful of more traditional flavours they have, they do an absolutely exquisite job!

Best ice cream I have had in a long time. Such a nice variety of flavours and price is fair. The staff are very polite. The caramel cheesecake is definitely one of the best flavours. But overall, all flavours are amazing.
