Memo Music Hall reviews
57Always good, but some patrons seem to forget that they bought tickets for the music, not just to sit talking loudly.
Absolutely fantastic venue
Fully wheelchair accessible
Attentive and caring staff every single one of them.
From the door ladies to the bar staff and even the helpful security guys.
They all improved my experience greatly
Great sound from Chain.
I definitely recommend this venue for everyone
My third visit to Memo well run easy access bar prices are good no food or snacks Bar staff are great waitress service would be handy Tables and chairs are a bit tight standing area at rear and sides is a good option There is a balcony area above The crowd is depending on show 50/60 year age
Lively music venue specialises in Melb/Aust 'old' artists. One large and a smaller venue, above the RSL.
Another very enjoyable evening at memo celebrating the centenary gala dinner hosted by the St Kilda Army and Navy Club
Great venue with a good mix of music. Lots of room for dancing, but can get really hot and humid when there's a full house! Friendly staff and lots of meal options nearby if you want to have a meal first.
Old style hall with no air conditioning so is stifling when hot. Not my pick when catching a band yet still willing to give it another chance. This time I will make sure to be on lower level in front of stage.
Saw Jack Howard's Epic Brass.what an awesome show.great line up, great songs and to have Rob Hirst on drums, Paul Stewart, Deb Conway and Steve Lucas on vocal duties as well as Jack Howard was a show that exceeded expectations
Beautiful large venue with great acoustics. Enjoyed seeing Russell Morris play all his hits, his voice was amazing
It took a while to find it. There were no signs on the main road directing out of towners, such as myself to it but once I found it I liked it. Except for some of the patrons who thought that because they were sitting down they had the right to tell me I couldn't occupy a space on the floor in front of them. It was a rock concert fcs! Not a classical music recital. Some people should just get their hand off it. Try getting into the spirit of the place instead of killing the vibe.
Lovely place to go and watch local events. Easy parking, access, great opportunity to check out local area and the music hall itself was great. Easy access, little bar inside which was a bonus (only offers nuts/chips if you want something more to snack on). Great place.
What a treat this was. Fabulous venue and brilliant show with William Crichton and Gurruwa Gakamangu
Great architecture and a fantastic looking venue to see a live band. Sounded great when we were here there is a nice spot up front to dance. The seating arrangement was a bit rubbish, but nothing that spoiled the occasion. Staff are all good and drinks are OK priced, but not great.
Come along and see something here, its a bit of history and a lot of fun.
A terrific ace to catch some live gigs. You can dance up front or tap your feet having a drink at your table. Friendly atmosphere and fast drinks service
Great venue. Vika and Linda were amazing, i had a seat up on the balcony. Will go back to see another show there for sure. Cash only at the bar so make sure you have a few $$
Great venue - nicely laid-out room, good acoustics.
Parking can be a bit of a problem, but that's hardly the venue's fault.
Great venue run by professionals. Entertainment is generally eclectic and suits all manner of music tastes. Staff are very friendly and experienced.
