We used Melway for the removal of a mezzanine floor within a warehouse building - We were very pleased with the efficacy and clear communication provided by Melway. The demo was completed within a week which was amazing, and the standard of work was second to none - You wouldn't have even known the floor was ever there! Super clean! Thanks guys:)

Really happy with Phillip & Rayanne’s customer service in the lead up to the demo. They clearly communicated what what was needed from us prior & took care of all the permits & paperwork behind the scenes.

Melway is so competitively priced for an all inclusive service, they were the cheapest of 3 quotes & the process was seamless.

The on-site demo team did a great job of clearing the house & 2 sheds on the property. The job was completed in 3 days & the site was left immaculate.

Most recommended demolition company. They quoted and planned the job well and promptly for a reasonable price arrived on site on the promised date. The friendly lady named Rayanne provided all the info you needed for the demolition or even the questions not included in the job. The whole team is so helpful. I will definitely call these guys again for my next project.

Chris, Phillip and Rayanne were a great help. They helped us through what was required to have our property demolished, whether it was dealing with council for permits or wholesalers for abolishments. The demolition itself was completed within 3 days which was very impressive.

Top notch customer service from the office team.

Demolition team, however, left the site unfit for construction. It took a while, but they eventually provided some assistance to remove the excess rubble through the top 2-300mm of soil from the site.

As discussed with Rayanne, if you'd responded to the problems with the attitude below, or her attitude on the phone, you probably could have salvaged a 4 or 5 star review. However, Alex's response to my concerns was "there's nothing wrong mate". It took me many sleepless nights and endless chasing to get to a solution, and I felt I had to drag you every step of the way. My build is now delayed (we lost the window on the concreters, but hopefully can be picked up at frame stage), and I'm (hopefully only a little) out of pocket; but as you say, everyone is doing it tough.

I agree wholeheartedly about the hard work of the office team - which is what earned you the 2 stars!
