I have been attend the Melville Medical Group since before it was the Melville Medical Group and I would not continue if the quality of the service and the caring nature of the staff was not up to scratch. I find them to be medically proactive.

Melville Medical Group is a fantastic practice. Dr Ha is thorough, patient and kind, and am very grateful that she is my doctor.

Dr John Paul is very details and patience with my children. The receptionist is very helpful and kind too. Thank you

Dr Natalia Tellez is excellent. Very thorough and considerate. All the staff at Melville Melville Group are nice and friendly.

The staff there were very efficient and nice. The GP I saw was very empathetic with me and took time to have a deep consult.

My usual doctor’s office had a voicemail message on saying they were closed, so I tried Melville Medical Group.
They organised for their nurse to see me in 20 minutes (I had a dog bite)!

Natalie was thorough, gentle and warm and understanding in an initial mental health care plan session with my daughter.

I don’t recommend this place. Dr. Natalia Tellez didn’t even check me, and they charged me ‘long time appointment’ even when the appointment that I booked online was a ‘short time appointment’, but they said it was me, who had to tell the doctor that my appointment time was over (how should I know that, if it was my first time there). It was a waste of money and time. If you are looking for a compassionate and empathetic doctor, I don't consider Natalia Tellez is the right person.

I walked in (no booking) with a nasty splinter in my finger. They were able to assess and safely remove it without much waiting nor pain. A lovely team from the reception and nurse through to the doctor.

These doctors here make up an excellent team. The nurses are terrific too. All the doctors here are competent and friendly. The receptionists are great gals. I have only been going here for maybe 12 months but all the staff are so friendly and helpful that I feel at home. Try this practice out, you won't be sorry.

Great experience without a booking. For an urgent matter. Front desk staff and doctor were very welcoming.

Fabulous clinic. Went for my 4th COVID vaccine and had not been to the clinic before. It was well organised and I felt very comfortable and relaxed and confident that the nurse knew what they were doing. Highly recommend

Kaylene the practice nurse was wonderful engaging with Noah (8) Mia (5) Ivy (5) ensuring they felt comfortable and relaxed. Even popping out to the recovering area to chat to them and see what their mum had bought them as an award/bribe for being vaccinated: P

Telehealth session a great way to see the dr when it’s hard to get out. Dr was great and helped with getting an electronic script which was easy thank you for seeing us so quickly. Highly recommend this great practice.

Booked in my booster shot online, booking was super easy, and the nurse (sadly can't remember her name) was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. The receptionists were also very welcoming.

Easy booking, quite an easy form filling process, minimal wait, just a pinch of pain and it was done.

Most caring and attentive doctors I’ve ever visited: they really take the time to listen, diagnose and explain everything clearly. Genuinely feels like they care about your wellbeing, rather then being just another face. In particular, Dr Hai Vy Ha goes above and beyond to help her patients. If you’re looking for a new doctor, make this your new local.

My family now three generations have been patients at Melville medical group side 1985, after moving to Glenroy 30 years ago. We still take the short drive down. Dr Ross Jeffery and all the staff past and present are caring and awesome and professional we woulndt go any where else yhey are the best.

Very professional, kind and efficient service at Melville Medical Group for my COVID-19 Pfizer 2nd dose. The doctor and nurse who administered the vaccine jab were very friendly and reassuring of any questions or process in getting the vaccine.
