God help the elderly people if they don't have a credit card.
You will be billed, but as the receptionist stated, not her problem as she is just doing her job.
As far as the young physiotherapist, he was absolutely respectful towards the elderly.
Pity that he is not the receptionist, the young girl could get some pointers.

Don't come here honestly just don't waste your time. Hospitals run faster then this place and they don't care about your pain level it's tough luck we have been waiting for over 4 hours.

I commend the doctors and nurses for their excellent care, However I must express my concerns about the understaffing issue and the resulting long wait times. The medical staff demonstrated competence and compassion, but the facility's insufficient staff led to prolonged waiting periods leaving me comparing it unfavorably to even third world countries' medical facilities. Addressing the understaffing issue is crucial to meet basic healthcare standards and ensure that Melton health can provide efficient and effective care that aligns with global standards.

The extended waiting time not only tested the patience of patients but also created unnecessary discomfort and anxiety, which can be particularly challenging for individuals in need of urgent medical attention. It is disheartening to compare the facility's performance to even third world countries, where medical facilities manage to provide better services despite limited resources

Passed out twice, couldn't breathe, hardly walk without stumbling, tremors in my arm, infection and I was still refused care, because they don't have an x-ray machine

On Monday, the Public Holiday, I was with a friend who was unwell and needed help. The staff were so courteous, helpfull and professional. We had quite a wait but they could only see one person at a time.

Don’t go there if you have a broken wrist and I’m pain they just push you aside and forget about you I had to sit there and wait for over 4 hours

What are they training these nurses/doctors these days? So unfriendly and rude towards patients, so much for being helpful. Don't waste your time

Bruh so bad.
Family member went there expressing major health issues.
Doctor said it was nothing to worry about.

Hours later they went to bacchus marsh emergency room and were held for 24 hours and diagnosed correctly. It was extremely lucky they got a secondary opinion.

I’ve also had another family friend come here and be misdiagnosed, later discovering they had cancer when going elsewhere.

Don’t trust this place.

Went in on Saturday morning it was a very short wait time and l was treated promptly. Doctors and staff were very helpful

Received invoice for payments already made, tried contacting numerous times, the phone hangs up, got through to reception put through to dental only for the line to disconnect, left messages and no return calls

Took my son Saturday & they were lovely & helpful.and was pleasantly suprised we didn't wait too long considering how short staffed medical establishments are these days. Thank you.

Melton Health you are an absolute joke. Holding a referral for over two months for maternity services because you can’t find a BMI, despite being sent documentation multiple times and quite a number of phone calls to follow up? Every time I have had to follow up I have a different story. Your intake team is shocking and need a lesson in dealing with conflict resolution. I asked to speak to someone to make a complaint and they refer you to a website they does not allow you to put in a complaint to the right department. Very insensitive in dealing with patients that have dealt with pregnancy and infant loss. DO BETTER!

Every time I have visited here I feel like they like to keep you away from this centre, even though we are 2 person waiting to see a doctor however they put the notice at front
Long waiting time so that people will go somewhere else.

The most unprofessional and rude ppl front desk the treat ppl by skin colour and I was wait 2.5 hours without nothing my son was sick but he was neglected, very disappointed

5 stars for the team at Melton urgent care.
I attended Monday the 24th May at 4pm with food poisoning symptoms and I can't thanks the staff enough for their treatment. From triage nurses, through to Dr Paul I am really appreciative of you guys taking good care of me.

They didn't even have any Drs on staff. They made me waited over an hour and then refused to see me. They were also pretty rude about it like somehow it was me who was wasting their time. Don't bother.

For so called "urgent care" why did we have to wait 15-20 minutes between the time one patient came out and the next one was called - was there for an hour and a half before the doctor called us in and there were only three other patients waiting before us when we arrived! "Urgent" care, I don't think so!

Would not recommend this clinic inept staff that are more concerned about sticking stickers on you saying screened, if you query anything you get told i can not deal with you, you are being aggressive did not want to help, had all my details on the computer screen in front of them and then proceeded to tell me that i see a GP in Bacchus Marsh, clearly they could not even bring the correct person up on the computer screen even after telling them who i was, have been there before and even been misdiagnosed, was told i had appendicitis and when i said can not be i have had my appendix removed and i have the scar to prove it was told oh. Stay well away from this clinic. The only reason they got a star is that it does not allow me to not give a star.

I cant speak highly enough of the care I've received every time i presented. This morning I saw Dr Rebecca and Dr Sunny Sharma. Extremely nice experience. The whole team including reception and triage nurse is amazing. Well done
