Fantastic service, even when they were busy, melton glass n shower were still able to cut and assist me with my needs on the spot. Polite helpful service 10/10.

Thank you so much to the two guys who came out today to fix a broken sliding door and also came out last week or week before i think it was for a back glass window. They did an absolute amazing job fixing both for a really good price and always on time, saved me a fair bit of money and also helped me out with a few issues with the sliding door. Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The lads were able to come and quote the same day our large window broke, and had the new window ordered and installed well before the expected time. We discovered the builder had installed the original windows horribly and caused the lads some grief, but they persevered with good humour and professionalism and did an amazing job. They went beyond just providing me glass for table but also glued it to the top because table frame was a bit faulty. The quote was lesser than any place around.

Had about 5 glass mobs try to over exaggerate the job that I needed done then had Melton glass come out say they could do the job and got it done when they said they could and we’re very reasonably priced

Called to confirm a time for my measure and quote because i had been told they may be a liitle later depending on how their day was going. When i said i may be 15min late getting home the person who seemed to be the owner became rude and told me they dont want or need me as a customer. Wow is this what you call Customer Service? I would never recommend this company. Nobody needs to be spoken to like that.

Called Melton Glass at 8am asking to have a broken window replaced. They were out by late morning and got straight into it. Very professional, polite and friendly. Cleaned the new glass spotlessly, I am very impressed. Well done guys.

Absolutely disgusting business. I moved into a rental property and when I moved in noticed the glass was cracked on one of the windows, the real estate organised these fools to repair the window, I spoke with them in December and arranged to have someone come and measure the window, someone came and measured and said they would get back to me shortly about when they were going to install the glass, after that, few days later had two random men in yellow vests at my front door, knocking for ages and I was with my baby and didn't know who these people were so did not answer (I was not expecting anybody). I then received a text message saying that the guy needs to "remeasure the window" which I thought was rude and odd that two men would just rock up at my house without letting me know they were coming. I called their office and spoke to female receptionist number 1 who checked her computer or whatever and said no I have no record of them needing to come and remeasure your window, and that there is no reason for them to come remeasure your window. She also said you are all booked to replace glass on 11th of January! I said okay thankyou, 11th of January came and noone came to fix the glass, no message or phone call from them either! I had been at work and on holidays so have missed a few calls from them and was annoyed at their unprofessionalism so didnt bother to call them back until today I missed their call and called them back immediately, receptionist number 2 another female answered and I tried to express my frustrations and that they never come when they say they are going to, in a nice way of course and she proceeded to tell me that when those two guys rocked up announced that they were coming to fix the window. She also said there was no appointment booked for 11th of Jan because that's the first day they reopened after the holidays! What the hell, she then said hold on and a man answered the phone who proceeded to speak in a fast angry manner with a raised voice stating that I didn't answer the door to the two announced men, I tried to explain to him what happened but he kept yelling straight over me and cut me off and then hung up! Just crazy rude! I called back and spoke to the woman again and she booked it on for tomorrow, now I don't want these people in my house. Absolute scumbags who are nasty and don't know how to do their job, different workers say different things and think they can just rock up to your house whenever they want. Do not use this company!

Absolutely love my new shower screen and mirror in my bathroom. Excellent customer service from the initial call to quoting to installing and great prices too. Will be using Melton Glass again when i do my other bathroom. Highly recommend this company.

These guys just saved me $$$$$$. Gave em measurements of all the glass windows (23) I wanna replace for my reno, the woman in the office said it would be a good idea for the guys to come out and measure the windows themselves just in case, was a bit p&*#ed off at first, lucky, every one of em would have been 8mm too small, job done awesome
