Melton Charcoal Chickens

Just went here for the first time and l will definitely be back, got chicken, chips and gravy and it was the best, so juicy and delicious, friendly staff especially the young lady who served me, next to try is the kebabs.

Horrible service and extreme inflexibility is crippling your business. Will never return and many others will think the same, just that you'll never hear about it.

The food was disgusting, made me throw up. Chicken was pink on the inside and dry, coleslaw didn't even taste like a salad. Chips were ok.
I won't be going back there again.

OMG! I got a chicken roll with slaw and bacon.
Absolutely amazing! The flavour is insane and so filling too.

Owners are Awesome! Omg their chicken is so addictive and never had an issue with the food.
Some employees could put a bit more effort in though bit overall I'll always gp there when I can.

Never attended their Cafe next door, but I like their Pizza's and man I'm so addicted to the Garlic Prawn pasta when the right guy make it Mmmmmmm its definitely my go to pasta when im hungry or having flair ups with some Stomach issues.

EDIT: Need to do a pre check on chicken before cooking it, last couple times the chooks still had enough Feathers to fly off the rotisserie.

It's supposed to be fast food but we waited so long. Ordered Kafta and received falafel. Falafel was smashed up and spread out to go further. Maybe their other dishes are better but not this one.

I wish I could give zero star. Chicken was way too dry and old. I told them that chicken is very old. Manager showed me attitude and runaway. Very rude

Another place I’m crossing out of my list, I used to like it before but this time I don’t know what happened The Chicken was so salty, I can’t eat that.it’s not healthy to eat That much salt, you guys went crazy with salt this time? And also it was dry! How could you even serve that to me? Coleslaw was also funny. I have upset tummy now, And my Son too.maybe you didn’t wear gloves when mixing it or Mayonnaise was off? After trying it for the first time, this place decimates all other chicken places in Melton. I was a long time customer of nagi but no more. The chicken was moist and succulent and the skin was amazing and the salad great

OMG. So glad I found this shop. I may be overselling it a tad, but seriously great chicken and salad, together with HSP, burgers and other Lebanese delights. We ate in, and were surprised to have our meal served on a plates (not a cardboard box). Generous serves and bloody delicious food. Can't wait for my next visit.

Wanted to give this place ago even though there was some bad reviews.
It pretty good. Chicken was moist, skin was yum, gravy okay. Price point is higher than everywhere else so that will work against them long term.

A terrible experience. Very expensive and over priced for poor quality. Parts of our order were missing. We placed a phone order and when we arrived to pick it up, he just started cooking it. No wonder why there is no other customers in there. Don’t waste your time or money on this place!

Wow placed an order and I'm sitting here waiting. 25min later they decided to cancel my order without any reason. Absolutely poor customer service. You guys don't even deserve a one star. Pathetic and extremely rude! A simple phone call would have been nice.

Chicken was extremely dry and did not taste nice. The only redeeming thing was the chips but they were a bit expensive. I will avoid going there again.
