The team here at Carpet Court were great, i had my floors done recently as was looking around for options on getting it installed.

After leaving a message i was very quickly called back about options and offered a few dates on when one of the team could come out and give me quotes.

Not even a week later the Team has come out measured the area and given me a quote with several options for types of floor to install, with all of these quotes being much cheaper than any alternative that some "local" competitors had given me.

After booking in a day i was kept in the loop of when the team would come down and start on the floor.

The team came to the property and even assisted in moving a few of the heavier items around, they were extremely friendly and had a good laugh about a few recent events.

After installing the floor they made sure to go over the floor and clean up and debris that remained and even gave a few tips and tricks for keeping the floor nice and clean.

Overall i am extremely happy with the work the team did and would recommend them to anybody who needs Flooring work done.

Purchased carpet 1 year ago to have installed in our bedroom and theatre room- was told it would last 10 years plus - it has now changed to a grey/brown colour in the traffic areas even though it is cleaned daily and will need to be replaced. The customer service is great and no issues there.

Brilliant customer service by all that works here at Melton Carpet Court, i cant thank you all enough for supporting me in the correct decision. I was a very indecisive customer who took more than 12 months to choose what I wanted. Aaron, Joel and Rodger were all so patient and gave me so much of their time and the best advice, i didn't feel rushed at all. They all know their business and went above and beyond to help me. The workmanship of the tradesmen that came out to complete the job was brilliant thanks to - Hayden and Craig and the people that helped them, they were very thorough and my floors look sensational, which is a credit to your workmanship. The whole process from purchasing to insulation was never a problem. The expert opinions in support and guidance through it all was expectational. During insulation the team was precision to time, cleanness and most importantly cared about the finish of the job.

It has created a new home for us, and exactly what we wanted, and we could not be happy about it! Thank you to Roger and the team, would highly recommend and use their services again!
