6 A good bunch of drivers.
But it's unfortunate they don't have enough drivers. Really hard to get a taxi most days here in Bacchus Marsh.
Prompt response and service.
Clean car's and they follow instructions to the tee.
When I called, I was told yes they are on there way, and an hour later and still waiting. I called a few more times and each time I was told the car was on its way, last call was they are 5 minutes away.
I was going to cancel to call out and should have. I won’t use this taxi service again. I have used another taxi service in Melton and the most I have ever had to wait was 10 minutes (during the day) and they send SMS with ETA while you are waiting.
DONT USE THIS SERIVE.
Called several times over a few weeks. I waited hours at the front with a taxi even parked out front but no one in it. The next time I went to Woodgrove I called again, none came. So I called from 7/11. Still and hour later none came. Putrid service
The taxi was a no show. The company says we have confused them with their competitor.

Booked to be picked up 9.30am. Called back after it was late 15 mins and I was told shouldn’t be long. Called back a further ten mins and was told I didn’t have a booking. I was relying on your service. Not only did I not receive any service but after three corespondents I felt comfortable you didn’t want my business anyway. I’ve missed an extremely important appointment and I’m furious.
* Response * My initial call to make the booking was at 7: 39 am and I called 97469999. According to my phone history I followed up at 9: 32am and 9: 47am
* Response 2. * The date I called is the same date I made the request for the taxi. Today 17/12/21. I won’t be leaving my phone number here.
* Response 3. * If you have call history you will be able to search the exact time’s I called (stated above) and you will find my number.
* Response 4. * I stated in my initial response the number I contacted which is YOUR number not your competitor. Deflect all you want, you are lying and I can prove it.
