Friendly, wide selection of international items, exceptionally clean and well-organised with good prices and quality fresh produce. Good specials. Worth a visit. Handy for me as a local

A family-owned IGA Melrose is a friendly neighbourhood supermarket. Good prices and a friendly service.

This supermarket is run by Chinese pigs. Make sure your money is away before leaving as it is a high risk muslim area and there's a good chance of getting mugged!

Run by the friendliest staff and has much better stock than some of the larger IGAs I've been to.

The men make fun of customers infront of their face and laugh behind their back to. The older man was very aggressive to me was yelling and face went bright red. Don’t know how to be nice to loyal customers. A lot of the times the items were out of date, so best to keep receipt. Prefer Woolworths as it’s cheaper and professional.

Not too bad for most things, but as it's a quiet, family run store, suggest checking expiry dates before purchase. I just assume keeping track of stock is complicated and some things get overlooked. Otherwise, a-ok. Happy to support small businesses

Melrose IGA is in an old but stylish building and has a couple of businesses in the same premises one of them being upstairs. The supermarket itself is well-organised and is clearly a supermarket rather than a convenience store.

The supermarket contains quite a few boutique products in addition to the standard ones and is probably a good reason to go to if you're looking for something of good quality.

It was fine. But not the cheapest. But still good to get supplies if you can't get to local super market. Service was fine too

Handy location a little bit hidden as off the main road always parking out front has good selection of food. Older style building in small strip of Takeaway food & coffee shops & post office. Good for a quick shopping trip

Very expensive for a local grocer. Run by Indians who are moody all the time. Got some nuttelx butter on special and they charged me full price plus they scanned some biscotti twice. Twice too many. Will go again? Perhaps only because of convenience but always check my docket twice- again!

This place is surprisingly good, as well as being well-priced. It's a winner.and you DON'T have to find a park on Errol St.

Great selection of products, always can rely on this local shop, not to mention prices are very reasonable - sometimes even cheaper than major chain supermarkets. Service is also of good quality, can’t fault them. Opening hours are very good, family business serving well the local community - the type of business everyone gains and want to see thrive.

Cheaper than the major supermarkets, family owned and run business. Good people, support locally owned businesses over the corporate owned businesses to reduce the ever widening class divide in Australia. Woolworths is opening up next door to them. I'll continue shopping at Melrose IGA
