I visited Melissa’s florist three times in the last 12 months for bouquets. The arrangements are unique and elegant. She can design and tailor to budget, occasion, preferences and season. The flowers are excellent quality and last two weeks, impressive!

Melissa has a great attitude and her understanding of needs of her client is unbelievable. The first order I put in with Melissa was 3 months ago. I gave her the design structure and colour I want. It was a late Saturday noon. Whilst every local florist order was closed. Melissa just patiently went the extra mile for a demanding customer- me! The arrangement was beautiful. Even my brother in law commented.

The best florist shop in pinewood! I recently visited Petal Stem Florists and Melissa, the florist and owner, was very welcoming. There was a vibrant variety of flowers and everything was fresh and price-worthy. The free-wrapping was an added bonus! The customer service is unmatched, Melissa and her husband are always smiling, friendly and willing to go above and beyond to provide the most beautiful bouquets.
