I’ve been looking for a dress for my niece’s wedding I walked in today and no one even spoke to me There we’re 3 woman working One helping a customer and the other two older woman at the counter talking to each other No one came near me the whole time I was there Disgraceful service
I will never go back or recommend this shop to anyone And I will give my money to somewhere else Pathetic

Hands down the BEST bridal shop you will find! After a disgraceful experience at another shop my mother was traumatised and thought she would never find her dream dress. She left this store today crying happy tears. Nothing was too hard, the staff were just gorgeous, respectful, caring ladies who went above and beyond for us today. We will certainly be back! Thank you again ladies from the bottom of my heart for everything you did today to make my mums dress dreams come true.

Beyond kind bridal store. Phoned from out of state asking for some details about a designer they stock. Even though I’d already purchased my gown elsewhere ; Melissa was kind beyond measure, answering questions for me & being so patient helping me with details when she had no obligation to. Could not recommend higher!

Not that size inclusive for bigger girls. But nice shop, big range and helpful staff. Just hard to see how a dress fits if you're bigger than a size 12

My experience here blew every other bridal shop out of the water, I felt so special and comfortable every second of my appointment and made dress shopping for my big day a truly wonderful experience.

I found my dream dress and Melissa customized it to make me feel even more confident in it! The communication was fantastic and I didn't leave with my dress until I was 100% happy! I drove nearly 2 hours to attend Melissa E and it was worth it everytime

Absolutely had the best experience at Melissa E! Better than a previous experience at another bridal shop in ballarat who had put me off wedding dress shopping all together. The ladies were really wonderful at Melissa E and really knew there stuff

An absolutely amazing experience her shopping for my sisters wedding dress. Nikisha and Melissa made us so welcome and worked so hard to deliver the results we were looking for. The most lovely people and have made the whole experience everything we had hoped for! Cannot recommend them enough!

I bought my daughter’s Deb dress from Melissa E and found the staff to be lovely and helpful in helping us find the right dress for her!

Horrible staff. Went in to look for a formal dress. Looked us up and down because we were plus size ladies and practically told us to leave. She said there is hardly any formal dresses when there were plenty. Hadn’t even spent 5 minutes in there and before we went out the door the lady said ‘good luck’. Horrible, don’t recommend

Absolutely disgusted by the service, I was helping my younger sister shop for a formal dress when we were turned away because she was a plus size. We're told there were no formal dresses when we were currently looking through the formal dress rack. Would not recommend this store.

The ladies are very helpful an polite. The range of dresses are spectacular I have definitely found my dress.

I cannot rate Melissa and the staff highly enough. Great advice initially. Huge range. I customised a maddi Lane gown. Not once has Melissa questioned my vision. She listened, and it's exactly what I wanted. Its always nerve wracking trusting a seamstress, let alone with your expensive wedding dress! The detail and work is A1. Don't hesitate to come here for your bridal or formal needs.

Absolutely appalling customer service. We as a group travelled 3 hours to find a bridesmaid dress and were treated like garbage. One shop assistant took a dress out of the change room as one of us were in there getting changed. Dresses were taken off is before we had a chance to try them on as “other people needed to try them on” even after we called ahead of time to let them know we were coming. Definitely won’t be returning.

Opposite Big W so parking is easy, absolutely lovely service from lovely ladies. Big range, and 2 dressing rooms. Kind of hard to figure out the available colours for each dress but the ladies where super helpful with figuring it out.

Excellent service and variety of stock. This time around, my daughter had a dress previously purchased from here adjusted to fit her. Wish I could afford to shop on a regular basis.

Most welcoming and wonderful staff, could not ask for better service. Talk about spoilt for choice of dresses.

After no luck looking in Melbourne I found Melissa E bridal by chance and ended up buying my dress, shoes and veil here. Melissa did a great job altering the dress and the turnaround time was very quick. I love how relaxed it is, yet you still feel like you are getting the full wedding dress shopping service. I was happy to travel to Ballarat to come here because the service was much friendlier, the prices are good and you can trust that you will be looked after

Were the absolute best people to have to take measurements and try dresses on. Loved all the ladies who helped, didnt make it awkward but they were absolutely lovely to work with. Found the dress I was looking for for ages and they helped me out a lot more then any where else

I found Melissa and her staff helpful, informative and friendly. We also used her services as a committee to order deb gloves. Everything was prompt and easy. Would highly recommend this lovely store and beautiful staff. Thank you Melissa!
