From choosing the right mower for my needs, to the assistance with installation and the check ins to see how I was going and if I needed any more assistance. Wow, Adam the Store Manager is awesome! Problem solved me wanting a brush cutter blade attachment on the spot when the response could have been “I’ll order one in for you”. Great guy, great attitude and great service!

I was after advice on the purchase of a replacement ride on mower.
Not only were they very knowledgeable on the pros & cons for the range of mowers we were considering but both were patient and generous in sharing their own experiences.

This is just a quick email to thank you very much for your speed, enthusiasm and persistence in resolving my issue with the recently purchased 972SD Cub Cadet mower.
You were most helpful and I really appreciated this.

I am happy to report that the new 972SDL is a marvellous machine and its performance on the hills is faultless. It is so much more sure-footed than the SD, that I am starting to wonder if the right hand motor was weak right from very early on?

The pivoting seat is a joy.
It feels a little odd at first, particularly when on flat ground, however after about 10 mins on the machine and on the steep hills, this seat arrangement makes mowing the hills actually quite pleasant and even a bit of fun. I actually look forward to the next time I can get on the machine.

Previously, using a tractor and tow behind mulcher, I used to dread mowing the hills around the vineyard which used to take around 8 hours, after which you are physically drained.
With the Cub Cadet 972SDL, I complete the same task in a tickle under 2 hours. And at the end you get off, still refreshed and looking for more to do.

I was looking for a log splitter I was going to buy a cheaper type one but after talking to Adam he convinced me to purchase a Redgum log splitter with its Honda engine I couldn't be happier.

My car broke down on the way to pick up a new mower. I had been dealing with Adam and when I called to inform him of my issue he was first calass.
He organised for the mower to be dropped down to me while I was waiting for my car to be fixed. Even got the mower demo on the side of the road. Thanks Adam and team for the amazing customer service. Highly recommend

Very impressed with this store! The customer service from the manager, Adam, was outstanding. He did a great deal on a Husqvarna TS138 ride on mower and accessories, and WOW! What a machine! On my first cut, I was surprised by the strength and power of the mower, compared to the garbage Mowcart66 that I purchased from B*****gs some years ago. Will be visiting this store in the future to buy quality products from now on. Bravo!

As a contractor I cannot fault the service at this store.needed a spray unit asap after alone let me down, not only was the husqvarna unit superior on quality to the others I had owned, the store manager assembled it for me on the spot, saving valuable time for me.i was suitably impressed to the point where I checked my trailer for other equipment that needed things, atom edger, blades purchased and fitted, Honda mower blades replaced and fitted, Husqvarna rideon belts and blades purchased and fitted, all nearing close time.no complaints were offered by the mechanics or the very helpful manager.not shopping around any longer)

I recently bought a Echo 14" chainsaw from the Redshed Pakenham, I am very happy with the lightness and how easy it is to start. I am also happy with the customer service given, after hours communication and the quick response of answers when asked.
