I had a very pleasant experience dealing with Satish (Sam) and the team when purchasing a vehicle for my father. The process was smooth and Sam ensured that I was happy. He offered me to take the car for a second test drive before I put pen to paper. He wanted to make certain I was confident with the vehicle I was buying.

From when I agreed to purchase the car, it was ready for me to collect after about two and a half hours.

I had a couple of minor teething issues with my new car, one phone call and there was a loan car waiting for me and it was all fixed.
The service team went above and beyond for me, showing me what parts were being changed, showing me that they were genuine parts and all.
They even completed the major service free of charge for me, which included spark plugs and coolant.

Car came back to me perfect and it hasn't skipped a beat since.

I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another car from Melbourne's cheapest cars.

Great dealership for quality cars at all prices ranges. Specially thankful to Patrick for guiding me with finance. He was very helpful and got my finance approved after other dealerships said they can't help because i don't have a huge deposit and my wife is on maternity leave, even though she will be back to work soon. From the moment I walked into Melbourne's cheapest cars in Moorabbin I was impressed. I was allowed to walk around all the cars and examiner the interior. If required someone was always available. In particular Rod was so helpful and friendly.

Really liked the experience dealing with their team (Patrick/Preeti etc) until the delivery date.

As per their promises, the car was supposed to be detailed before delivery. But the interior was all but clean when we received the car.
I called them two times, as the car was dirty when I test drove. They did promise to clean it before delivering it to our house - but nothing!

We did try to resolve it, but the best they offered was. 50$ voucher which wouldnt have even covered a proper clean, leave aside detailing. Even though the delivery process was impeccable besides cleaning, I wouldnt trust them again with any expensive purchase. Would strongly suggest to pick up vehicle from their store, so at least you know what state you are getting it in.
The other thing to keep in mind is that their prices are not drive away - unlike other dealers. They do advertise it accordingly, but just something to keep in mind that you will need to pay stamp duty on top.

Great experience, shop staff were super helpful and not at all pushy, office staff over phone were super quick with the contract and answers to questions.

I went looking for an SUV and had 2 young kids with me in a pram, but the suvs and family cars were in a building that wasn't accessible without having to carry a pram down and back up stairs! And when asking an employee if he could help me with the pram it was like he had no idea what I was talking about and did not help us! Instead my mum who has bad shoulders had to help me carry the pram down the stairs! Also not a huge range, we have gotten 2 of my mums cars here when it was at its old location, but since moving to the new location it seems to have really gone downhill!

5 stars isn't enough. What a great experience buying a car from the team at Melbourne's Cheapest Cars. From dealing with the awesome Isabelle sorting all paperwork and co-ordination, Eddie and Patrick at the showroom and Paul in Service workshop. Easy to deal with no pressure sales tactics.

Agreed price on trade in on the spot and had the new car delivered to the door and the trade in collected at the same time. We will be back
