Great and Clean place but staff always late for work and we waited more than 10mins before the door open in the morning, the overall times that we wasted is more than one hour already. Please take it serious as the err are more than 10ppls facing this bad experiences.

Attend classes here. Coaches are quite experienced, we do sufficient warmups, stretches and exercise before actually getting into the skill work, which is nice. Teachers push us to the limit quite often, and you walk out those doors in a few hours feeling like you have achieved something during your time each week or day. Friday night community court booking is pretty expensive, so we do seek other multipurpose areas to practice, but other than that, the industrial design of the courts, nets, bathroom facilities, shop, lighting, curtains, accessible clocks, table tennis courts and staff are all satisfactory. Restrooms are regularly cleaned, soap is refilled, facility is spacious. Tables there for parents who wish to work or sit down, and spaced out behind the courts are rows and rows of blue chairs, which you can use as seating or a space to put your equipment and carry-ons. Crime rate is pretty much unheard of, so you don’t have to worry about someone stealing your phone while you’re playing. Solid court numbers too. 4/5 overall I feel.

Good place to play badminton with friends. Well maintained. Plenty of parking available after hours.

My wife Blossom was very disappointed and distressed as her regular badminton booking was cancelled today.
While discussing with the administrator, two other clients said they had the same cancellation experience last week.
I hope this booking issues will be corrected.

Really cool facility for indoor sport, over 20 courses for badminton, there is a section for table tennis as well

It's a little bit pricey but they are the best option currently in the area since its competitor closed down.

Staff was friendly but a bit lack of coordination as you'd always see a long queue on the reception desk.

Make sure you come in early for your booking, otherwise you'll lost 5-10 minutes queueing at the reception.

There are many badminton courts and all are in excellent condition. Enough parking spaces are available.

When it's raining some of water drops are on the court it was very dangerous while playing and they gave a piece of cloth to clean the court especially the one female is so bad at customer service

Great place to have a hit, lots of courts. Price is a bit on the premium side. Can be hard to get a booking due to a number other places closing down.

Large facility with plenty of courts. Nice to play on with a great layout and lighting. Stringing service is available and is quite reasonable. The hiring of courts Monday to Friday before 5pm is $14 per hour and all other times is $25 per hour which is a little bit on the expensive side. Nevertheless it's my preferred weekly location.

Melbourne‘a largest and one of the best badminton centre. Having fun to join the social games. Recommended!

So here is my experience. I called for booking on a weekday. All good. However, I was acting as a freelance coach and needed to ensure that the court had free shuttles for me to use as budget is tight for us. Also, we will get in trouble if students come to a booking and realize we don't have shuttles. I asked the lady for advice on the free shuttles, she seemed dismissive/ impatient as she thought I just needed to know if it was free and proceeded to cut the phone call short. This is unprofessional in many circles of business. I did call later and one guy politely and generously explained to me about the policy for free shuttles, which also seemed to me to not have clear guidelines and left me rather confused. I wished there were customer service guidelines for phone ettiquete, proper instructions on the website on their services, what coaches vs students can do. But we are only left with one helpline. The way the lady reacted to me was at best surprising and inappropriate. I wish the owner can respond to my feedback as I only want all the customers there to have a good experience. It is very hard for coaches to know what to do when this is the kind of service they are getting.

Stuffy and unventillated.
The lighting, parking, flooring, no of courts, toilets is v nice. NEW.
Except thats this venue has poor or lack of ventilation. There are sometimes about 300 people in for the competitions, it smells sweat and stuffy as soon as u step in. I would strongly recommend the owner to improve ventillation.

Great facility and store. The courts were well set up with ample room and lighting. The price per court and stringing is reasonable. Staff was great!

Overbooked sunday night courts so need to wait all the time for a free court to play, courts very close together-hazard, some courts have no lights on- slip hazard, very noisy, and extremely poor communication and response rate by the organisers.

Location is pretty good, close to M1 and plenty of parking space available. The whole expericen is quite pleasant as each court is not too close to each other.

Great set up, many courts, pro lightings and curtains. High ceilings, many exit doors, it's one of top badminton centres in Melbourne. Oh, nice, honest owners, Katie, Peter etc
