No basic customer service, no communication skills, no time management skills, and loose management.

Background: My girlfriend and I made an appointment to make silver jewelry from 3 to 5 pm on Wednesday, September 27th. During the appointment process, the customer service often disappeared (during working hours). At the same time, we asked the customer service: Since it is 3-5 o'clock, is it okay for us to arrive at 4 o'clock? The customer service gave us a clear and positive answer.

Process: That afternoon, that is, at 4 o'clock this afternoon, we arrived at the door and knocked on the door, but found that no one came out to open the door. We started calling the customer service WeChat number, but no one answered after several calls. Later, we called the phone number left on review, and a boy told us that the craftsman might have left, because if the craftsman feels that he cannot wait for the customer, he will leave on his own. After we tried to ask for an explanation, the boy gave us the phone number of the so-called "boss" and asked us to contact the boss.

The funny thing is, after we called and explained the problem, the so-called "boss" made the following points:
1. She is not the boss
2. WeChat customer service is outsourced to a domestic team in China
3. The phone number on review is made by a master craftsman.
4. The craftsman will leave when there are no more people.
5. They are going out of business

So now comes the question:
1. Whose phone number does it belong to on review? If it belongs to a craftsman, then it would be a bit disgusting for him to pretend to contact the craftsman on the phone, right? If it is from customer service, then why did the craftsmen use this mobile phone number in the past, but why is it no longer the case today?
2. I have been repeatedly told that the craftsman will leave when no one is available. However, we have repeatedly confirmed our arrival time and received a positive reply. Does that mean that 1) the craftsman may not have come at all? 2) The domestic outsourcing team never mentioned to the craftsman that the customer would arrive at 4 o'clock?
3. The customer service asked for our phone number when registering the reservation information, but no one contacted us from the beginning to the end. So what is the point of leaving this phone number?
4. The WeChat customer service of a handicraft store opened in Melbourne is actually outsourced to a domestic team, which is ridiculous!
5. What does it mean that you only repeatedly mention the fact that you are about to close down business after a problem occurs? Broken? Hob meat? Scoundrel? Shouldn't we just clean up the mess after we go out of business?

We don’t need any god-like service, but we must have basic respect, right?

Background info: My girlfriend and I have an appointment to make silver jewelry on Wednesday, September 27 from 3-5 PM. During the appointment process, the customer service staff often disappeared (during working hours). At the same time, we asked the customer service: since it is 3-5 o'clock, then we arrive at 4 o'clock is not OK. The customer service gave us a clear and positive answer.

The process: That afternoon, that is, at 4 o'clock this afternoon, we arrived at the door and knocked, and found that no one came out to answer the door. We began to call the customer service wechat number, several calls in a row, but no one answered. Later, we called the phone number left on review, and a boy told us that the artisan might have left, because the artisan would leave on his own if he felt that he could not wait for customers. After we tried to ask for an explanation, the boy gave us the phone number of a so-called "boss" and asked us to contact the boss.

The funny thing is, after we called and explained the problem, the so-called "boss" made the following points:
1. She's not the boss
2. Wechat customer service is outsourced to the domestic team in China
3. The phone on review belongs to a manual worker
4. The artisan will leave without waiting for anyone
5. They're going out of business

So here's the question:
1. Whose phone is on review? If it's from a craftsman, isn't it kind of disgusting that he's still trying to contact a craftsman on the phone? If it is a customer service, then why is the manual master used to use this mobile phone number, why is it not today?
2. Repeatedly mentioned to me that the artisan would leave without waiting for anyone, but we have repeatedly confirmed our arrival time and received a positive reply. Does that mean that 1) the artisan may not have come at all? 2) The domestic outsourcing team did not mention to the artisan that the customer would arrive at 4 o'clock at all?
3. The customer service has asked for our phone number when registering the reservation information, but no one has contacted us from beginning to end, so what is the meaning of leaving this phone number?
4. The wechat customer service of a handmade shop opened in Melbourne is outsourced to the domestic team, which is a big surprise!
5. What do you mean that you only repeatedly mention that you are going out of business after a problem? Is it rotten? Hob meat? Rogue? Isn't it time to clean up after a shutdown?

We don't need some Outstanding service, but we do need some basic respect, right?
