When one of the locks on the security door was not fully functional a few months later Emmerich personally fixed it with the help of another vendor and door specialist free of charge and so promptly.

Emmerich and Rodney changed all the locks in our home to reduce the amount of keys we had to take with us each time we left the home. Both very professional and respectful, timely and did all their work for an excellent price. They even fixed a minor issue with our gate lock free of charge when updating the keys. If you want good quality locksmith service, Melbourne Steel Security Locksmiths is the way to go. Will definitely be calling them for anything locksmith-related in the future.

This guy who answered the phone firstly interrupted me before I had finished talking, then he called me "dear", then when he asked me what suburb I was in for the second time and I answered by stating I had already said this, he hung up on me. It looks like he doesn't want my business but I certainly don't want to do business with him.

Awful and disappointing experience. When I expressed my disappointment to the owner he became verbally abusive. All I wanted was to explain the situation. Any comunincation with that guy was impossible.old fashioned and not customer savy guy. I don't know how he's surviving in customer service. Best advice, shop elsewhere.
