We booked a black rolls for our wedding car with melbourne star chauffeurs and couldn't be more satisfied with their professionalism throughout such a difficult covid period, specifically Michael. To top it off (if not better) our driver Cam was so welcoming, kind and respectful to ensure we had the greatest experience possible. To be a part of our wedding, we gained a friend.

Star Chaffeured Limousine Services provided a Superlative Streamlined Service that left nothing to be desired. The presentation of the Rolls Royce Ghost with Cam immediately setup the day to high standards. The level of care to the newly wed couple Andrea & James was to royal standards, giving that this was a fourth attempt to having a wedding they were well taken care of. Also many thanks to Tom as the driver Cam had to patiently wait more than the expected finish time. I am very grateful to your company who helped by any means to make the faultless & memorable. I had contacted Melbourne Star Chauffeured Cars to surprise my sister with a pick up for her hens night!
After I made an error with timing- I contacted the company one hour prior to pick up time hoping they could come earlier.
The manager had organised an earlier time slot and then upgraded our car to a Rolls Royce which is normally double the price of what I had actually paid.
The service our driver Cam provided was absolutely beautiful- he made my sister feel so special on her big day!

My wife and I surprised our twin boys for their 18th birthday with a ride each in 2x separate Lamborghini Huracan’s. The service offered by Michael and his team was impeccable. The drive into the Crown Casino was customized by Star Luxury Cars to specifically light up the faces of 2 x 18yr old boys with massive smiles and an experience that will remain with them for the rest of their life’s. We will not use any other chauffeured service in the future other than Star Luxury Chauffeurs.

After postponing twice my wife and i were finally able to have our wedding. The crew at Star were absolutely amazing, the cars for our wedding were incredible. What can I say. I've used STAR on several occasions for business trips, including several VIP client transfers - every single time without a doubt the service has been stellar!

The vehicles are impeccably presented (The Rolls Royce Phantom Black Edition - wow!), drivers are professional and definitely deliver the red carpet experience.

My favorite experience however was not a business related trip, but instead a winery trip I arranged with STAR. They did it all, picked my family and I up from Hampton (with the red carpet rolled out!), arranged a winery hop through the Peninsula - interestingly the Driver was fully versed on the Wineries, the type of grapes, the earth (soil) etc.which I found to be spectacular, and after a 6-hour winery hop, needless to say we were all very happy and definitely feeling relaxed.

The way home was topped off with a beautiful Pizza by the bay, courtesy of Michael of the STAR team (called to see how we were going, very nice of the company Management to do especially on a Saturday evening!), and the Driver even carried our wines back into our Cellar when we arrived home - amazing service!

Now my only hire car service, cost effective and prompt - like no other!
