I'm so happy with my new stairs. Everyone I interacted worth at Melbourne stairs was helpful and accomodating. The installer cleaned up after himself everyday and answered all my silly questions.

My builder used this company for a new build. The manufacture is just terrible.

Firstly the stairs are crooked. The last step before reaching ground isn't straight. It's on an angle. Secondly, the stairs were not joined properly so light streams through small gaps from beneath the stairs. Beneath the stairs is a small storage space, so you can see the quality of the manufacture from underneath. These stairs were clearly just thrown together with no thought or attention. There are wood chocs just squeezed randomly into places - not to mention the railings and decorative wood - haphazardly thrown on, poorly painted and just all around bad quality. Avoid this company. I'd love to be able to attach the photos JUST to show how disgraceful the work was.

If you want to be ripped off & stuffed around look no further. Be prepared to do a bit of work yourself as these guys won't even sand the timber properly for you. Chipped edges on timber cuts so you will have to bock yourself too. Oh and you will be stuffed around on lead times. Shop around.
