After spending $$$ on orthotics elsewhere that didn't help, I luckily stumbled across Steve on Instagram. After seeing his posts and watching his stories, I could see he was passionate about helping his clients achieve optimal results. I carried a long-term plantar fasciitis injury (over a year) and had already seen a physiotherapist, 2x osteopaths, and another podiatrist before seeing Steven. I was hobbling around and could barely walk - let alone do my favourite activity - long-distance running.

I was also running.out of options. Steven talked through the challenges of the injury, assessed the problem, and upgraded the course of action on multiple fronts. I have seen Steve now for a variety of separate issues consisting of my feet and shins and has helped remove all discomfort within two or three meetings. He is great to talk to and is very friendly allowing me to understand exactly what was the cause of my pain and the steps he would be taking during the treatment. He is also great at not just making the discomfort go away but provided me with further programs and exercises which allow me to strengthen the specific areas, preventing similar issues for the future. Came to Steve for help with shin splints. He diagnosed underlying problems and helped with technique and tailored drills in order to recover quickly and correctly. Overall great experience, I highly recommend him. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly!
